I experienced an issue with the car during the first week, so I had to contact the aftercare team. They took the car in for repairs, but due to my work hours, I wasn’t able to pick it up once the repairs were completed. That’s when Richard went above and beyond to assist me. He arranged for the car to be at The Trade Centre, which was open until 9, making it possible for me to collect it. Without Richard’s effort and support, I wouldn’t have the car today—big thanks to him! Since getting the car back, it’s been running perfectly, and I haven’t had to call the team again. No news is definitely good news!

This is my first Ford Fiesta, and since I've been using it almost every day, I’m really enjoying it. The team was incredibly helpful and once I decided to take the car, the process was quick and straightforward. No complaints from me!

I have no complaints about how the sale was handled. I can’t recall the name of the salesman who assisted me, but he was honest in answering all my questions and didn’t try to oversell the car, which was perfect.

The service was excellent when we arrived, as the car we were interested in was quickly passed to a salesperson who assisted us promptly. I felt we got a good deal, but the process was delayed by over an hour while waiting to finalise the paperwork. To be fair, once we reached the final stage, the lady handling it was very efficient, completing it as quickly as possible and offering a sincere apology for the wait, so I'd rate our overall experience 4 out of 5.

My family has always trusted The Trade Centre for our cars, so it was an easy decision to come here when I needed a new one. This time I chose an Audi Q and it’s been great so far. I’m happy to give 5 stars because the service was excellent and I have no complaints!

This is my first time owning a Volkswagen, and I’ve found its features and functionalities surprisingly easy to navigate. The team at The Trade Centre Wales were fantastic! Several staff members assisted me throughout the day which made the process really efficient.

One thing I'll say about the Trade Centre Wales is that everyone was absolutely lovely to deal with. They made sure I had plenty of cups of coffee throughout my visit and I drove away in a quality car the very same day! Very efficient!

My Ford Puma ST-Line has been great for my daily commute to and from work. Once I was happy with everything on the car, the team kindly offered me a test drive, though I decided not to take them up on it. So far I haven’t had any issues with the car and feel very satisfied with the whole sales experience.
