I'm over the moon with my Mazda. It's the first time I've owned one and I'm well happy with it. Most importantly, mechanically, the car is running great.

Everything's been great with my new car so far. I've given it a good run out on a few long trips and it's driven perfectly so I can't fault it. The whole sale was a quick in and out process, which resulted in me driving away in the exact car that I wanted with no fuss. I promised I'd come online & leave the guys over at TTCW a review after owning the car for a few weeks, and as I've had no issues, I'm more than happy to give them 5 stars.

This is my second car from this Trade Centre and both times I've driven away with cars that I love. I did have to bring the car back a couple of times because of a tyre pressure issue, but the team managed to sort it for me and it's not bothered me since. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was fab! If you're looking for a dealership you can rely on both during and post-purchase, you've found them.

The car I purchased from The Trade Centre Wales (Neath) was for my daughter (lucky her!) From what I've been told everything is going great and she's really enjoying it. I'm in talks with the team to get something looked at but it's all be handled well so I've got no complaints whatsoever.

So far so good with our VW Tiguan. We're still getting used to it as it's a bit bigger than what we had previously, but we'll get there. We've bought a few cars from Trade Centre Wales and the service always lives up to our expectations time after time.

Everything’s grand with my Peugeot 2008. Thanks to a mega web-deal I snapped it up at a discounted rate and drove it home the same day.

My wife and I have worked in sales for over 40 years, so our worst nightmare is dealing with pushy salespeople using all the usual lingo and tactics. We’d already walked away from more than 10 dealerships before deciding to drop into Trade Centre Wales. After visiting both sites, we ultimately bought from their Neath branch. I have to give full credit to the young man who helped us as he was absolutely outstanding and is the sole reason we decided to make our purchase. He truly understood what we wanted and how we wanted it, and he went above and beyond to assist us. We were torn between two cars, and it came down to aesthetics. To help us decide, he rearranged the car park to pull both cars side by side. That level of effort made all the difference. We ended up driving away with a Citroën C1 and whilst the car is great, it’s his exceptional service that left the biggest impression. We were so impressed that we returned the next day to speak to his manager let them know how good he was. Thanks to him, we’ll be buying all our cars from Trade Centre Wales from now on and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Salesman was great from the get go. Pretty sure his name was Richard...I was testing his patience as I must've visited the trade centre Wales 4 or 5 times before buying, but when it came down to it he explained everything in detail, like the warranty and finance agreement etc. Chris from aftersales was a diamond and replaced a foglight that had a bit of damp in it. He kept me updated all the way through and even called me once I'd had it back to check I was 100% happy.

Our car broke down, so we needed a replacement ASAP. My wife decided she’d like to be a bit higher up, so we started looking at 4x4s. The Neath branch of Trade Centre Wales had an excellent selection and we appreciated how the staff guided us toward what we were looking for, but then gave us space to browse without any pressure. We ended up choosing a Mitsubishi Outlander and they worked out a great deal for us. We did notice a couple of minor issues but they booked it in straight away and it was ready for us within 24 hours. Now that's what I call great service.

All the staff here are fantastic, especially Yayan (hope I’m spelling that right)! Thanks to his helpI found the perfect car to upsize. The VW Tiguan is exactly what I needed and is so much bigger than my previous car. I finally have more than enough space, and I’m absolutely loving it!
