Found these guys online and used the finances eligibility checker on their website. Got an approval pretty much instantly so visited the dealership to look at what they had in stock. Initially wanted a 7-seater but they were a bit out of budget, so opted for a Peugeot 308 as it's a relatively big, spacious car. From the quick/easy process to the friendly, helpful staff, whole experience was great!

I was looking for the cheapest car I could find so wasn't really expecting much, but a Citroen C1 caught my eye and it was surprisingly pretty smart. Luckily it was in budget and the gents at TTCW sorted everything out quickly so I could drive away in it the same day. It's a great little runner and easy to nip around town, so I'm confident it'll see me through the next 5 or 6 years.

This is the third car I’ve purchased here, and I keep coming back because they always go above and beyond for me. For instance, this time I was set on getting a Fiat 500X. After wandering around the forecourt for a while without finding one, I started to feel disheartened ☹️ But then a salesman approached me and asked what I was after. Kudos to him—he made it his mission to track one down for me! Turns out it must have been my lucky day. He found one out back that had just arrived—it hadn’t even been cleaned yet! He showed me the car, and the rest, as they say, is history. I wish I could remember his name as I'd love to say thanks for going out of his way for me.

Happy with my new car & the customer service I received was very good throughout. No reason not to award full marks.

Everything is absolutely perfect with our Fiat 500X. We’ve owned one before and absolutely loved it, so we’re excited to have another. It feels like everyone around here knows someone who has bought a car from Trade Centre Wales, and it’s easy to see why. Their prices were far more competitive than other dealerships we checked out and the quality of their cars is outstanding.

My wife & I have purchased three cars from the Trade Centre up to now. We've been continually impressed with the quality of the cars at the Neath branch which, luckily for us, is pretty close to home. We keep returning because the customer service is brilliant time and time again, so we really don't see the need to shop anywhere else.

Recommendations go a long way. Our parents have historically always bought cars from TTCW and if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. I'm a fussy bugger and not easily pleased, but the whole team very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to get me sorted.

Our daughter's absolutely over the moon with her first car! It’s perfect and she’s completely in love with it. We decided on a little Clio since it was reasonably priced for insurance, and she’s now taking her lessons in it. We also bought our son’s first car from the Trade Centre over in Neath, so they must be doing something right!

You truly see the character of a company when things don’t go as planned. A couple of weeks after picking up my Honda HR-V I encountered an issue and contacted TTCW in Neath, unsure of what to expect. Chris was fantastic which reassured me completely. He arranged to pick up the car from my home, provided a courtesy car, and returned my vehicle once it was fully sorted. The collection and delivery service were a huge help, especially since it’s over a two-hour trip each way. It made everything so much easier for me. I’m completely satisfied and the team genuinely went above and beyond. I hope the staff read this review because I’m incredibly grateful for their support.

The Trade Centre's so big locally, pretty much everyone I know's bought a car from them at some point over the years. They've got a great reputation so were definitely at the top of my hit list when I wanted to change my car. I bought a DS3 a few weeks back and thought the whole process was smooth, easy and stress-free.
