They advertise cars but try and contact them they do not answer the phone something fishy about these people and the the whole set up the previous reviews say it all stay well clear. Check the company out on companies house website now free to use public information and you will see the company accounts are overdue and Dom the director resigned on the 21st June you have been warned

Their adverts say to email or call to check availability of stock. l emailed them numerous times without any responses, l phoned but nobody answers. How do these people sell cars ?

Disgusting customer service and very rude staff!!! I was going to drive over to buy one of there cars but thought I would ring first, the man I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful it's like he did not want to sell the car! He then put the phone down on me. Theres not a chance I will be spending my £1500 with them. I also sent an e-mail about this but not had any sort of reply, you would think any descent manager would want to sort out these problems rather than making plenty of excuses.

I rang up to enquire about a Toyota for sale. The chap I spoke to was extremely rude saying he'd sold it to his uncle. Fine if that's the case, take it off Autotrader then instead of wasting my time. He proceeded to slam the phone down before giving me the opportunity of thanking him for his time. I have never been disgusted in all my life at such reprehensible customer service.

Went here over the bank holiday, the guy there was busy pushing around a selection of cars on their forecourt. After being ignored for 15 minutes, rather than ask what I was looking for, he just asked how much money i had (£1000) to which the arrogant gentleman suggested I go and get £2000 and come back. Don't worry though, another more professional dealer was happy to take my money without complaint.

Wouldn't ever attempt to buy a car of these again their rude unhelpful and full of rubbish, all they did was give us the run around we went on Saturday morning first thing with a list of 6 cars advertised on auto trader which we saw Friday night and upon arrival the guy in the office said 3 of them had been sold yet their still advertising them then told me another 2 of them were at the Northwich branch and someone would be there when we got there so we drove down to only to be sat outside for an hour waiting for someone to get there then were greeted by an unprofessional cocky lad who wasn't interested and didn't have any of the cars the Warrington branch sent us down there to see so I rang the Warrington branch back where he said that one of the cars was in the mot station and it will be back Tuesday morning first thing upon ringing them this morning th car isn't back and the guy was just rude telling me I think you should ring somewhere else and the proceeded to hang up the arrogant ignorant fool obviously doesn't want to sell any cars their just about wasting people's time and I would never go there again about a car or recommend them to anyone their all just a bunch of jokers.

Made a number of calls to enquire about an advert on autotrader. No response.Left an e-mail to say I was traveling across next morning (some distance away) to look at the cars advertised on the website and left my number to the owner asking him to call me if the timing was inappropriate. Turned up at the site at 9:15 a.m. and no one there as it was closed. Alls shutters down. Waited until 10 :20 and no one turned up, even though opening hours are 9:00 a.m. Saw one of the cars I was interested in on the site and had a look at it. It looked nothing like the ad. Door cards missing, tools lying around on the seat,door mirror missing and a real plant which had taken roots growing out of the plastic grill at the bottom of the windscreen ! Also around the site there was a car with windows open and another with a bonnet open. Not a place to inspire confidence if you're looking to buy a car. Won't be going back there again!

I not had such good luck since having my car since Feb 2016, the car was not in the best condition yes I should of checked but when I was at the centre wasn't allowed to view it I was told it's all okay so I give it the benefit of the doubt, I was told I can choose another car in 6 months to swap it that I was told before I agreed to take the car. Reason why I mentioned it was because my water pump went and the engine breather hose was totally melted I was told by a expert It was done well before I bought it, now certain buttons on me car doesmt work, it due for a mot soon if there anything else wrong I want to swap or send it back as I nit happy at there other problems with the car but I nit rambling on about it I emailed no reply

How bad is this company. They do not answer phones, emails, messages sent via auto trader or email address on this site. IF YOU DO NOT WANT CUSTOMER DO NOT ADVERTISE ON THE WEB. It’s very frustrating that such poor customer service is displayed. I would not buy a vehicle from here as you would get no after sales service given they supply none before. I such they get a new manager or more staff. Have sent a request to trading standards to review company as I feel they may be misleading the general public.

Rang several numbers, eventually got through to be spoken to by the rudest man on the planet would just patronised me throughout. Told me he gets 50 calls a day so I need to email about the cars I have saw on auto trader, when I asked how long the response would take he angrily told me how much work he has to do. Then PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. Vile rude man, now I will take my cash and business elsewhere
