I arrived at the so called dealership to veiw a car but was told it was 10 minutes away. So we eventually got to their other site which was 30 minutes away to find a scrap yard hidden down a dirt track. Not a single car on the website was there nobody had an idea of where the car was. I have been in the motor trade for 20 years and it was clear very quickly that this was not going to end with me driving a car away. We left without any delay because our gut was telling us that this place was not where people leave with what they came with. DO NOT EVEN VISIT THIS SITE.
Dominic from Trade Centre Warrington in response to NEIL
Hi Neil Apologies for your recent experience. Due to the vast amounts of vehicles we have unfortunately sometimes so mistakes are made on vehicle location which i can only apologize about. Please ensure you contact the garage before attending to confirm vehicle location on the number you will have been given. Your feedback will be taken into consideration on some upcoming changes i will be putting in place. Kind Regards Dominic Director
After phoning to confirm they had 20 Peugeots as advertised in Auto Trader, I drove from Lincoln to Warrington with £1,000 in my hand bag to buy a car for my daughter. Upon arrival at Warrington I was told that the cheaper cars where at another site 10 minutes away. Drove to the 'other site' hidden behind a local Co-op , down a mud track to reach a SCRAP YARD. All the cars were rusted, air bags set off, covered in moss, flat tyres, broken wind screens. A SCRAP YARD, full of junk. The web site is fantastic but the photos are false, the vehicles do not exist and I feel people are being scammed to buy on finance. The car in photographs DO NOT EXIST, you are draw in on decent cheap cars that DON'T exist, then offered a nice car for £0000 plus on £25 per week, if you miss a payment the car will be snatched back. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT SELLING CARS, THEY ARE SELLING FINANCE, EASY PAYMENTS AT £25 PER WEEK, IF YOU MISS THE CAR WILL BE TAKEN OFF YOU.
Dominic from Trade Centre Warrington in response to Liz
Hi Liz Apologies for your recent experience with ourselves. Unfortunately we do have a very high turn over of vehicles and it does fall solely on myself to keep the website as updated as possible so i do apologize if you had felt misled in any way. Our finance packages are offered to every customer regardless of situation and your right payments do start from as little as £25 per week. However i would like to comment that no customer is every pressured or advised to go down the finance route, we just make the option available to people. The finance is run through many different well established lenders, so if missed payments did occur then it would be treated just like if a mortgage payment was missed, the car would never be 'snatched back' there would be proceedings in place dependent on the finance company it was with. Thankyou for your feedback and this will be taken on board for future reference. Kind Regards Dominic Director
Was looking for my first car so attended tradecentre at warrington, spoke with a guy called dominic who was the owner. Was left to my own devices to have a look round which i prefer as wasnt being pestered. Eventually dominic advised me of the finance options available, i got approved and chose my new car the same day! I even got a full tank of fuel and £150 cheque from them!!!!!!! Was a pleasure to deal with this garage and will definetely be recommending them again!!! Thanks Tradecentre!!
Dominic from Trade Centre Warrington in response to Nicole
Hi Nicole lt was a pleasure to deal with yourself and I hope you are enjoying your new vehicle! Thanks for the great feedback Dominic Director
I applied for finance on a cheap car one was 400 and one was 1500. Finance got approved which I was happy about but then was told the 400 pound vehicle was to cheap to finance and the other vehicle they said was too old on a 53 plate and will probably break even though it had full history and low miles. Instead they tried to sell me a 60 plate vehicle to the tune of 8000...that was not what I wanted and I felt a little bemused by the whole process and they werent interested in my budget just the maximum they can get out of the finance deal. I walked away in the end as I wasnt happy. The guy on the phone was polite but showed no interest in my needs.
Dominic from Trade Centre Warrington in response to Tomos
Hi Tomos Apologies for your recent experience with ourselves. You should have been informed of the finance criteria from the beginning and it all does depend on which finance company you get the acceptance with as they all differ. You would have been offered other vehicles around your monthly budget as we do take due care when placing customers in car to ensure they are no over committing. Hopefully you will consider us in the future and we can try and tailor a package around you. Kind Regards Dominic Director
Brilliant Service, I bought a Audi from them and it has been fault free and very reasonably price! We price checked our car against other dealers and could not find anything near to the deal we got! Well made up!
I have had 3 cars from trade centre Warrington. All 3 cars have been good so why do people criticise the owner. I found him to be very helpful, I would recommend to anyone.
I bought a car from them in February this year, and paid cash. The car was ok. However I went to part exchange it for a car at a main dealer recently. They phoned me the next day to tell me that there was outstanding finance on the car I had bought from Trade centre Warrington, so they couldn’t take it as part exchange. I contacted Trade Centre Warrington and advised them of the situation. They said they would sort it out in a couple of days. That was over a week ago. Every time I phone them they have another excuse as to why it still has not been sorted out. Don`t buy from them.
Dave Lees in response to Dave
Hi Dave, what type of Audi was it?
I bought a car from trade centre, they were very helpful, polite not pushy gave all the information they had on the cars, I would use trade centre again and recommend them to anyone.
I bought a car 8 weeks ago from this Warrington car dealer, they told me it needed new engine mount, fair enough I though, nothing serious. They then told me take it to Warrington 3 days later to be fixed. When I arrived and told them why i was there they knew nothing about it it. Was fixed 5 days ago they just kept messing me around. The service i got was awful, I would of got better treatment from Arthur Daleys "Daleys Autos".
I went to the Chester road garage at Warrington looking for a good priced Nissan Micra for my mum, arrived to what had been a little petrol station from looks of it and thought it looked small for all cars they list yet wondered around looking at some seriously crammed in tight spaced cars anyhow no sign of the car so I go in the office and a young let at the desk goes oh its at our other place just 30 mins away there's 150+ cars there. So I decided well it must be better there if they've so many cars and its got the car my mum wants so I thought may as well go id already spent 30 mins getting there so if it gets my mum her car it'll be worth it so set off :) I arrived at Northwich 38 mins later looking around before finding a run down looking industrial estate dirt roads with major potholes, couple in front of my got a good clunk hitting there car driving to it! It wasn't a big estate so even though there was very little signs i found it quite quick (near griffin park). The yard was two yards side by side and from my own experience as working as a plant fitter repairing scrap machines and car balers the yard with cars covered in thick dust looked more like a car breakers than a sales place, even had a rottweiler and gates shut which they opened ha so far from place I was expecting to see. The lad at the yard seemed genuine enough and said he was talking a load of rubbish with 150 cars (id be surprised if even 50) and that they get grief of customers because of customers being told that, anyhow no surprise no Nissan Micra or anything similar priced etc, and that they had another place only 1 mile from place we started from with cars more like that !? I asked about a more expensive car I was thinking about and he pointed that was another place they have called priceless which was down the road so I drove down there. I arrived at Priceless which did admittedly look a ok enough place yet after being messed about before id given them any money and seeing the previous yard and some of the car quality there i started having major doubts so turned around and give it up... Tbh the lad and the rottweiler seemed nice enough but I had a doubtful feeling about handing my cash over after false info.
