I bought a car from here. It made it 10miles before the engine blew up. When I went to get a refund they told me it should have been sold as spares or repairs only and to be removed on a trailer as it wasn't roadworthy..This was not stated at the time of sale. No refund was given so they are now being investigated by trading standards and have been reported to the police under road traffic acts.

Has the phone put down on me at least once when asking about a car at Trade Centre Warrington, turned up to and got ignored at one branch after asking a member of staff a question, just half responded then walked off and didn't come back. The car I was interested in I was told isn't in Warrington at all, but down at Northwich, so I headed down there, gets there and the car has been sold. Oh and the other one I wanted to look at was an ex taxi. I've also noticed that they seem to employ very young members of staff who barely seem old enough to work. The cars they advertise are seldom as advertised and you tend to arrive to the chorus of "oh that one is high miles" despite it being advertised with half the mileage by 'accident'.

I bought a lovely car from Trade centre Warrington, Very happy with the car was exactly as described in advertisement. Friendly helpful staff, even made sure my new car had fuel in to get me home. I would highly recommend Trade centre to anyone looking for a new car.

Worst customer service ever at Trade Centre Warrington ! Drove 4 hours to buy a Range Rover sport with a promised price and extra . When I finally got there after 4 hours after telling them of my arrival time constantly on the phone on the way up, he had left by the time I got there after promising he would stay. When he finally came back to show me the car it didn't look like it has ever been moved, wasn't even a battery in the car . Once found a battery still Did not start, wasn't MOT'd or taxed. To make it worse the fella then said it wouldn't be the price he stated on the phone either. Then asked me to come back tomorrow (8 hour round trip) as he wanted to go for a drink . He even asked me if I had £20 on me to put in the car as had no fuel STAY AWAY. Unprofessional, rude , Tries to intimidate you to rush a sale . He even said if you buy it you can't moan if any thing goes wrong . The cheek.

The trader accepted the payment he'd received and made out a receipt. Prior to this, he promised us a window switch for the car which we felt was in our right to have it, therefore, we visited the Trade Centre Warrington. We received verbal abuse and left without the switch. We had also being dealing with another auto repairs garage who we fully trust, who has been helpful regarding repairing the car further and informing us about the garages mechanical mistakes. We learned that the wheel bearing that the garage's 'employees' were supposed to had fitted was the wrong way around which was the root cause of the ABS light staying on constantly. We feel we have the right to make potential customers aware of this garage and the stress it has brought to us. Buy at your own risk..

Poor communication and salesmanship leading us to have to speak face-to-face with them regarding the state of the car, as no point of contact could be achieved over the phone. It took several attempts to eventually talk to someone over the phone until they hung up. Granted, the vehicle needed new parts and a few minor repairs, however, the amount of time this took was unprofessional and dis-organised as the garage proved itself to be also,unequipped. There was minimal communication between the staff as they were seen to have no knowledge of the car itself, let alone what was required to repair it. Overall, we as customers felt 'let down' by the service that was provided at Trade Centre Warrington and feel we were intentionally mis-led for reasons we became aware of during the process.

I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira 02 reg on April 29th from Trade Centre Warrington. Car was lovely, drove really well. Everything was fine, until 2 weeks into having the car, the Coolant and Spanner light came on, putting the vehicle into safe mode. Initially we thought it was due to a broken Air Flow pipe and just required a good service. So took it into a garage to get it fixed. After having this work done it turned out to be something else but without it being diagnosed, which would have cost another £40.00, there was no way of finding out the issue. Having made the decision, I decided to contact the garage to see if they could sort it out or give me a refund. To my surprise they were more than happy for me to return the car for them to fix, Which they did. My only criticism, is the lack of communication, having to constantly chase for an update on what is happening. After 5 days with no further news on when the car is likely to be ready, I decided to go back to the garage for an update face to face. To be fair they gave me another vehicle to use, whilst mine was being fixed and all the work completed on the vehicle was free, £170+. I would recommend using this car dealership and would probably go back to them in the future.

I bought 3 cars for the family from Trade centre Warrington. They had over 500 cars and were very helpful and provided test drives and great accurate information on vehicles with a great knowledge of vehicles. I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Use this dealer at your own peril. Bought a car last month and it was not road worthy. Very hard to get a refund.
