What can I say about this car dealership…. Wow! Just wow! From the first call to the V5 exchange the service and professionalism of Simon at Trade Centre York has been phenomenal! Nothing is too much trouble, absolutely everything was done to the highest standard and it has made our car buying experience an absolute pleasure! To top it off… our new car is absolutely tiptop too! We would highly recommend and will definitely be our first point of call should we need a new car in the future. Thank you!

I Purchased a van from a gentleman called Simon he is as described, a genuine man giving a smooth transaction. No messing about what so ever and very helpful. He really looked after his customers with a non rush service. I will be most definitely be buying from Simon again in the future. Thankyou for a great deal

My girlfriend bought a BMW from Simon at Trade Centre York, the purchase process was very smooth and the car was sold with a (verbal) 3 month warranty. The timing chain broke after 5 weeks and frankly we anticipated a problem claiming under the warranty but we needn't have worried, the car was taken for a complete engine rebuild and is now up and running again (the engine even has a full 12 month rebuild warranty) - it cost Simon £1,500 (he gave us the receipt for the warranty!) for the repair but at no time did he avoid our calls or behave in any way other than the genuine, nice guy that he is - we would happily buy from him again and have no hesitation as recommending him to a potential customer.
