Not a bad service, my only issue is when buying my car I was not aware of the loan taken out on me rather than car fiancé. - guys did a quick turn around for me in buying my car BUT failed to tell me it was a personal loan which has screwed me in the long run. Wouldn’t come back to these guys. Better service in other used garages in surrounding area.

Left a small deposit with Trade Link Cars on 16 plate fiesta after I had a brief viewing while I waited for my finance to come through which I had arranged my self So on the18th went to pick up car but wanted to make sure I was buying a GENIUNE car and before I depart with £8000 I asked for original sevice book answer was no we dont have it and they had one that showed that the garage had seviced it(oil was still so dirty though) so I asked for log book so I could check who owned it Answer was we have no log book either ! That made me even more suspicious so I gave the car a thorough check and found out that the car had been used as a driving instructors car because under the carpet of front passengers foot well it had at some time dual controls fitted! Which I am sure the sale person knew but didn't te'll me of even though I told him I was a driving instructor and was buying the car for my business I was told very rudely they didn't know it but I don't believe them so I didn't buy the car (Thanks God) In my opinion the car had done lot more mileage than 23000! I wouldn't trust them guys ever again ! Oh I didn't get my deposit back either:(

Brought a Nissan 350z the beginning of last year off Greg at trade link, I’ve done 10,000 miles in it and its never missed a beat. Its been around Europe and back no problems, couldn’t recommend them more. One of the best used car dealerships I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. If you want Great cars and Reasonable money. Then they’re perfect for you.

We bought a 1 series hatchback in March. It was a pleasant transaction. Unfortunately, we had a catastrophic failure of the clutch/dual mass flywheel after three weeks. It turned out that the warranty was invalid for the clutch as the car had more than the stated miles for a clutch so we were potentially ~£1200 out of pocket. We contacted TradeLink and even though the warranty was invalid we came to a very agreeable deal, with the TradeLink refunding ~£850. You always take a chance buying a second hand car. We accepted that, especially with a high mileage car. The sign of a good dealer is when something goes wrong and you can get a good resolution. They guys did this for us so we are happy with the service they provided.

We p-ex L200 for Range Rover Vogue boys happy for us to take independent expert to do a check minor damage repaired pre collection to a top standard. Warm & friendly staff inc Nizmo..! Would return to Trade Link Cars without a doubt next time we upgrade! Best sales experience in a very long time happy happy happy!! Caroline & andy.
