Terrible customer service from day one. The van went into limp mode on the first day of having it and was a nightmare ever since. Took a total of 3 months to finally get my money back as multiple garages couldn't fix it. Terry was rude the whole way through swearing down the phone to me and even tried passing the blame onto me. I was unable to work and not once did he offer me a courtesy van or even apologise!! Absolute joke of a firm!! Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We viewed the van via FaceTime. Every question was answered. Love Terry's no-nonsense approach. He even went out his way to save us money. The van was delivered to our closest depot for us to collect as requested. We would 100% recommend!!

Great service I am extremely pleased with the service I have received in buying my van from this company. Terry went above and beyond to ensure the van I purchased was ready in the time frame I wanted to collect. All staff were very friendly, helpful and polite at all times both face to face and over the phone .

I live in Guernsey so was a little nervous about purchasing a van from the UK but Tradervan made the whole process very easy and even delivered my new van to the ferry terminal for me.
