Alistair seems to be in the wrong job because if I was as rude and miserable as him, I would take a look at myself and make some drastic changes. Turned up to purchase a vehicle and he could hardly speak to us let alone show us the car and try to do his job which was to sell it to us. Bought a car earlier this year from a different dealer and the contrast in professionalism, service and basic pleasantries cannot even begin to be compared. Only one key for vehicle and when asked if the price could be reduced to reflect this Alistair picked up the phone and ( perhaps not) spoke to his manager who unsurprisingly said ‘No’ Don’t give them your time or money as they really don’t deserve it.

I purchased 2017 Ford Galaxy from Transauto. Phil arranged finance. Car was as described. Very helpful team and the transaction was done at complete ease and no pressure. I am very satisfied with my vehicle purchase. I was pleased to see all Covid 19 measures in place. My car was sanitised too. I was offered a mask free at the dealership too. These guys are very professional.

Transauto ruined my Alfa Romeo due to part service. I asked the men if changed the engine oil he said yes but not any new oil in after a week the engine starting making a lot of noise when I take the car to another garage they told me there was not enough engine oil and also the gear box was empty which make it hard to change the gear until the gearbox blow up. I don't recommend if you are doing service there. Not trusted garage...

Purchased a well looked after VW Golf for around £3,000 from Transauto - a great deal, including 6 months warranty. A few things went wrong - the kind of things that can't be foreseen. Drivers door Central locking module - around £200 + labour. Unusual VW NOX Sensor around £300 + labour. Missing locking nuts. All replaced without a fuss or any indication they were unhappy. Clearly didn't make money on that car but they honoured their commitment - no trying to wriggle out. 5 star attitude and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very poor experience with this dealer transauto and their representative...... After agreeing a purchase of a car he renaged on the deal and sold to someone else this after I paid for a hpi check arranged finance and insurance which as we all know is time consuming and expensive. Probably because we didn't use his services very unprofessional and small minded We won't be using Transauto again.

Purchased VW Golf and part exchanged my car. Very professional and efficient service, gave me a better deal than I was offered from VW. The car was described accurately and got me a great finance package. Highly recommend Transauto.

I bought a Jaguar X-Type from Transauto 8 months ago. When I bought it they told me that the car was in a great condition. After 8 months I had to take 4 times the car to repair with different problems, in the last one the car was out of guarantee and they told me that they weren’t able to solve the problem, but they charge me 45 GPBs for nothing. Also with me they have been very rude. Really nice at the time of buying the car but once you have paid they don’t care. Be careful before buying a car there or bring it to repair.
