I bought a Jaguar X-Type from Transauto 8 months ago. When I bought it they told me that the car was in a great condition.
After 8 months I had to take 4 times the car to repair with different problems, in the last one the car was out of guarantee and they told me that they weren’t able to solve the problem, but they charge me 45 GPBs for nothing. Also with me they have been very rude. Really nice at the time of buying the car but once you have paid they don’t care.
Be careful before buying a car there or bring it to repair.

I have had quite a few issues with my car from Transauto. I have called them about it but they just keep fobbing me off. The car had not been valeted and was filthy on the outside. I think the service was sub standard. I would not recommend.

I purchased a Ford from Transauto and they were very happy to help and really friendly. The car was good value for money and I have had a few issues with the car but they have agreed to have a look at it f I drive it back which is an inconvenience as its quite far but other than that I am happy with everything and would recommend.

I purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership back in April and I have had no issues up to now! The sales team were very helpful and friendly and The car as a good price! I would recommend.

Totally hassle free sale, after a brief conversation with the dealer he let me test drive the car straight away, when I decided I wanted the car he got his end sorted, I paid the money and that was that, the car is a dream and I'm happy as you like.

Transautos were great, they took care of me and the car, when I had a fault they took it back in, fixed it up and we had it back by the next evening, I'd have no problems recommending them.
