I got this car around 9 months ago and 2 weeks later the engine light came on. They took it back but took them 5 weeks to fix it. Just after this I booked the car into mini to check for a recall on the airbag. They said you may have a pinhole leak in your exhaust but couldn’t be sure but to be aware. Come MOT day…. Failed because of manifold leak engine side. Diagnosis later … a cowboy has done some kind of botch job on the manifold and that it would take £3,000-£4,000 to fix. They reassured me they knew the car inside and out as they knew the couple that had it and they had done all the work on it and MOT’d and serviced it for them for ages, they sold me this car to replace my previous car that had a huge engine failure that would cost around £3,000-£4000 to fix that I couldn’t afford. Turns out they sold me a car that needs the same amount of work. Luckily I haven’t had it a year so I’ll be going to trading standards. Really disgraceful

I took my car for an MOT and service today. The staff are all very friendly and very efficient. Carl dropped me back home while the car was being serviced as I was unable to get a lift back. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I can highly recommend this garage for all car maintenance, MOT and servicing.

I recently bought a 2016 Fiat 500 from this garage and I have been very happy with the customer service I have received. There were a couple of things that I found after taking it home that needed rectifying but, after contacted them, they were quickly dealt with under the warranty with no hassle. I would recommend them and would certainly go back if I bought another car.

Fantastic from start to finish

What a horrible experience I have had with this garage. I got a vaxhaul mokka YT63XHX off this garage and it wasn’t even road worthy. I told the guy that was dealing with for 4 weeks straight I wanted the car looking at as it was smoking white smoke and high revs, he claimed it was a filter. He fixed 2 filters and was still doing it. At this point more information on dash saying water in fuel. His reasoning for this was that I hadn’t filled the car up with fuel the same place he filled it up last😂 what a joke. The garage thought they could have me for a fool. I let them have the mokka back for 12 days to replace and fix turbo, I got it back and not even 2 minutes down the road I had no power and engine management light comes on. They hadn’t even fixed the turbo correctly. Absolutely useless! They didn’t believe a word I said from day one about the turbo. They had the car more then me. When I was getting the things out of the car, I also noticed they didn’t take care when they had the mokka. Scratches all up and down the side of the car. They also have the mokka back up for sale so please before you buy the car test drive it!

Independent family garage. I use this garage for more than 10 years for servicing, repairs and MOTs. Guys never let me down, great prices compared to main dealers. Bought one car from them as well and small fault couple of weeks later was sorted very quick and they even gave me free service and free courtesy car.
