I looked online at approved Kia Sportage and found one I liked at Kia Triangle so did online enquiry. In no time at all I received e-mail back from Mark Ellis regarding my current car to obtain part-ex estimate. He offered me a test drive (done on my own) and within 5 minutes from sitting down in the showroom with him we had struck a very good deal for the new car with mine as part-ex. Mark was clear and straight to the best price he could do and we agreed the deal. The following week when I came to collect the new car everything was ready, paperwork signed off straight away and my new car was spotless and gleaming - the easiest and best car purchase I have ever had!!! I travelled over an hour to this dealer even though I have a local one within 10 minutes from my house and I would definitely go back in a few years when I want to upgrade again.
Just picked up my new Kia Picanto. Wow. Mark Ellis thought of every little detail. He made part exchanging my Ford Fiesta effortless. He goes the extra mile to give excellent customer service. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Brendan is the whiz kid when it comes to technology. Can’t praise Kia of Chesterfield enough. I was recommended and I would recommend to anyone, Well done !

Triangle of Chester were not helpful in rectifying a small problem with a used car.
Triangle of Chesterfield were absolutely unhelpful with anything regarding a adapted Kia! Even down to battery replacements, paul steve have attitudes and no customer relations what so ever!
