Got a car back in February from Triple Crown Garage, was told it would have full service and M.O.T done before I would have the car, none of that happened. Never even got the M.O.T papers. Went in for repairs twice and nothing was repaired, still had the same faults and the same issues. Was even told to go the actual manufacturer for the repairs, its still under warranty. Not even the finance company they use are helpful, not even allowed to change the vehicle. They ruined my first car experience by the way both the garage and the finance company blatantly does not care about who they are ripping off. Find some other place to get a car, the headache is not worth all the hassle.

WE AS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH YOUR COMETS ON YOUR REVIEW AS WE HAD YOUR CAR IN TWICE AND COULD NOT FIND THE FAULT, WE WERE VERY SURPRISED YOU SAID YOU HAD A ISSUE WITH IT AS ITS DONE LESS THAN FIVE THOUSAND MILES FROM NEW, AS WE MENTIONED WE ARE STILL HAPPY TO GET A INDEPENDENT ENGINEERS REPORT ON THE INDICATOR STALK ON THE POINT OF THE FINANCE COMPANY THEY WERE HAPPY WITH OUR REPORT AND WOULD BE WILLING TO CHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE WHICH WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP ALONG SIDE BLACKHORSE FINANCE LTD
Just purchased a car from Triple Crown Garage. The salesman Deano was incredibly helpful from start to finish, made the whole process really easy! No pushy sales tactics, just a relaxed buying experience. Come away with a great car, at an excellent price, will 200% go back to Triple Crown when i decide to change car, and would highly recommend to anyone!

Having recently bought a car from Triple Crown Garage I would highly recommend them. Deano was helpful from start to finish even delivering the car to my home. There was never any pressure and the car has exceeded my expectations. An absolute pleasure genuinely good guys.

Amazing service here can’t fault the guys. My very first time getting a car and they made it hassle free and done the leg work. Any problems and they where happy enough to help me out. The staff are very friendly. Will highly recommend Triple Crown Garage.

Triple Crown Garage lied about documents of a car and a very scruffy repair under warranty after 6 months of having the car, not to mention real attitude from the owner Steve. How they are still trading I don’t know. Buyers beware!

WE ARE VERY SORRY AT TRIPLE CROWN YOU FEEL LIKE THIS ABOUT YOUR MOTHERS CAR, BUT AT THE POINT OF SALE PLUS IN THE ADVERT THE VEHICLE WASN'T ADVERTISED WITH ANY SERVICE HISTORY BUT OUR ADMIN DEPARTMENT TOOK THE TIME AND TROUBLE TO FIND YOU THE SERVICE RECORDS WHICH WAS VERY DIFFICULT ON A EIGHT YEAR OLD CAR, AS FOR THE WORK CARRIED OUT (REAR PARKING SENSOR) WE REPLACED TWO AUDIBLE BEEPERS AND A SENSOR FROM THE MAIN DEALER, THE CORRECT PAINT WAS ORDERED AND BECAUSE THE SENSOR IS SMALLER THAN A FIVE PENCE PIECE THE AUTO ELECTRICIAN PAINTED IT IN, I INSPECTED THE CAR MYSELF AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK CARRIED OUT, NOT TAKEN IN TO ACCOUNT THE VEHICLES AGE AND MILEAGE, IF YOUR NOT HAPPY PLEASE BRING IT BACK FOR US TO RE LOOK AT IT FOR YOU. Bought a car from this garage back in February. The car wasn’t used until the end of April and had to go back to the garage to get the brakes fixed. When I had a second opinion from another mechanic he said that the fault was pre existing before buying the car.

WE ARE VERY SURPRISED AND UPSET AT YOUR RESPONSE IN YOUR REVIEW AS WHEN YOUR MOTHER RANG ABOUT A BREAK NOISE WE BOOKED IT IN AND WE EVEN RECEIVED THE CAR ON A SUNDAY TO HELP, WHEN THE CAR ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY WE FITTED NEW DISCS AND PADS AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE ALTHOUGH THE EXISTING ONES WERE FINE ( AS TO THE NEW MOT IN FEB AND YOU HAVEN'T USED IT ?? ) PLUS YOU MENTIONED THE AIR CON WAS NOT VERY COLD, AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION WE DISCOVERED AN EVER SO SLIGHT LEAK ON THE SYSTEM, WHICH WAS PUT RIGHT AT THE COST OF £416, I FELT THE NEED TO RING YOUR FATHER AND EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT AFTER GOING THE EXTRA MILE WITH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT BEING 17 I THINK PERHAPS YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE TIMESCALE ON SOME JOBS, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE NEED PARTS FROM A THIRD PARTY. WE FEEL YOU WERE TREATED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL..
