Bought an E-Class estate from here recently. Service was very quick and I would definitely buy from here again.
Avoid this dealer, not trustworthy. Paid a deposit for a car and then 2 days later the dealer notified me that the car was no longer available. They said they had to give the car back to the original owner. Surprise surprise the same car reappeared on their website on the same day for £1000 more than the previous price. My wife phoned pretending to be a customer and the dealer confirmed that the car was available. I believe the dealer decided he could get more for the car. What I can’t understand is the deceit and dishonesty. Be careful with this dealer as lacks integrity and honesty.
Can’t believe the shocking attitude I received from Juna. I wouldn’t buy from Troon Cars if it was the only garage in the east mids !
