Trust Phoenix sold me a faulty car, now they’ve shut down conveniently
I bought a beer golf 4 months ago and the aircon compressor has failed meaning the auxiliary belt has come off and the car is in drivable, vw have quoted £820 for the repair. I was told I have 6 months warranty like all there cars do but calling up trust phoenix I’m told that business no longer exists that sells cars. But a similar one is in its place...... so I called warrantywise who they have advertised on there cars and they have no record of my car. So I would steer well clear of this garage. Trust Phoenix are definitely a dodgy one.

Bought my first car from Trust Phoenix before Christmas and had a fault recently and they repaired it free of charge even though I was out of warranty!
Thank goodness we found these guys..made buying my car such a wonderful experience...no pushing you to commit to anything. Everything explained. Great test drive. Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. They have a wide range of cars at affordable prices. They really want you to go away happy & offer great aftercare too. Thanks to everyone at Trust Phoenix ..well be back!
