I need a new engine. Filled an online form asking for a quote. No response. Called dealership to ask for a quote for new engine. I was told they would give me a call back. They never did. Called again and was assured, this time, they definitely will call back. They never did! After 3 weeks of trying I have given up!

Excellent customer service, Carl was extremely welcoming and supportive, he kept me updated on the progress of the sale. The car was in excellent condition and I got a good deal.
Spoke with a very rude guy yesterday. He spoke to us like he just wasn't interested. Asked about boot space for wheelchair and his words were ' eV a look' not a bit polite and unprofessional. Right from the start he has the attitude of a timeshare person. Won't be going there again!!
Don’t buy from these , after sales is shocking , the staff are arrogant and very rude . If you want good a sale and good after sales go to lookers Ford Sheffield they can’t do enough for you .
I took my Ford focus in for a oil change whilst it was there they did a oil check couldn't understand one word he was saying whilst doing it wasn't English. They gave me a form when I picked it up saying this and tgwr wrong with oil leak told me to keep checking oil notone but if oil leaked out all time I had it back took it yesterday Friday 3rd September for rest of work doing they charged me again for the oil change the. Car which I had all detailed polished had all oil hand marks all over the bonnet wheels I wiped the steering down and hand break with wipe the wipes was filthy no way had it been cleaned bear in mind all the rules they suppose to be following with covid very bad I would never use that place again over charged and no respect for customers and the veichles I'm having to pay to have it checked to see if the work is done correctly Trust ford Don't think so very disappointed and honestly don't know how they are getting away with it.

Ford ranger 1916 miles, yes 1916! Electrics totally gone down, after two weeks of trying to get in touch with someone (not even the AA (ford assist) could get in touch) I finally got the car taken in to Barnsley where I picked it up, after three weeks of not hearing nothing, I am again doing the leg work on finding out when it will return, apparently a parts been made and sent to Germany to then be sent here and after today getting in touch the eta of this part is not going to be met. Which I wouldn’t have known about had I not been chasing up the progress of my repair. The phone lines are pathetic it just sends you round and round and then cuts off. Ironically the only way to get in touch is if you press the option for sales! Got told by lad on home that I need to speak to ford....hang on who is this I’m speaking to. ‘We are trustford’ How stupid is that! Iv had fords in the past but this Will certainly be my last, not one bit of care has been given to my situation.

Update. Still haven’t got the ranger back. Was took in April 23rd now August 14th! Had 7 different delivery dates. Been promised an email thread that Jordan (service department ‘manager’) has supposedly sent people higher up at ford, twice he said he would send it and still hasn’t so obviously isn’t one. And not had a single phone all which I was promised from people higher up at Ford. By the time I get it back it will be a year old car! Customer service is non existent and the level of care recieved is Appalling
Total lack of communication from TrustFord in Barnsley, entailing travelling to another dealership after being asssured the car we were told was in Barnsley wasn't there.

I have recently purchased my Kuga from Trust Ford at Barnsley. The first person to come to see us from Ford,in the rain was a young lady. She came out and went back and got the keys so we could have a proper look. She was very helpful and friendly and approachable, she made the overall experience of buying a car easy and I didn't feel pressured at all. Thank you Nicola you are a star

Saw van advertised at Trustford Barnsley. Spoke to david turner about it. He was helpful and knowledgable. Went outside to check it for me and called me back with other info. Paid res fee and went to look few days later. No pressure sales. Full disclosure on vehicle. Agreed to buy and he arranged the tax/v5 and valet and delivery with 2 gallons of fuel. With a owners pack. Follow up call to check. A pleasant stress free experience.
