Went to Trust Ford Castleford looking to buy another car. Was greeted by Paul Marsh who guided me round the type I was looking for and finally sold me one of the nicest cars I’ve ever had. Bought a Fiesta a year ago or so ago and paid for an extended warranty. The engine management light has come on. Booked it in at Trust Ford Castleford with no mention of costs then received a phone call the day before to say it would £126 just to look at it. When I queried this the female service manager was very aggressive, spoke over me, was very dismissive and said if we didn't like it to take the car elsewhere, nice!! I'm not sure what I said to deserve that but glad I don't have to work with her!

My sister brought a car from here and Paul Marsh made the whole process from start to finish so simple and easy. He explained everything and made my sister feel so at ease. He was SUCH a sweetheart and I will be recommending that all of my family and friends buy a car from him.

Recently purchased a car and collected today. Paul Marsh was extremely easy to talk to and very helpful. Wasnt the typical 'pushy' salesman and wanted to meet our needs. Team inside the used car section wanted to help and left feeling well dealt with. Best Mondeo Mk5 we viewed in the local area, and seemingly more competitively priced. Based on experience so far, would use again.

Bought car in April 2016. Rang today as took warranty out. Car drove not good yesterday & computer came up with Transmission consult workshop. Rang and lady said book the car in. Said not sure if it would drive 20+ miles. Her reply was get aa out for the to tell u whats wrong or if u brake down recovery will bring it to garage. Not to sure if it would damage the car more but still awaiting a call back 're will another garage be able to claim on the warranty!!!! Now 4hrs later. Not happy

I recently bought a car from TrustFord Castleford, Richard was a friendly and helpful salesman. Unfortunately when I had to take the car back in for the brakes changing (due to them not sorting the issue before I picked the car up as promised) i kept getting the run around and messed about, then when I made a complaint it took 3 weeks and a push from Ford head office for them to contact me where a very unhelpful and arrogant man called me and told me they'd done ME the favour rather than apologising. Wouldn't recommend due to this aftercare
