I put a deposit down on a car that I really wanted to purchase. I was told by the salesman Chris that the car will be Ready to pick up in a week. My wife and I thought we would catch the train up as we live in South wales and was excited of buying our new pride and joy. However, when we get there the car had an engine management light, service light, addblue light on and the alloys were corroded. Oh and he didn't even do the MOT. I said to him well you told me it would be ready to drive away!! Hence why we caught the train up costing over £85 for what was a return trip after. I said well can we get a lift to the train station then, and he said sorry we have nobody to take you, just get a taxi! Annoyed wasn't the word.... So overall the salesman was the worst I've ever experienced and most certainly in the wrong job. As for the rest of the garage I'm unsure. No deposit back after a week, and when speaking to the buisness manager Michael Mcdonald he was the most abrupt person I have ever spoke to. Didn't apologise for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism the company has been, just another day at the office for him. Very disappointing and would 100% never go back or recommend to anyone.

Left my connect van for a minor diagnosis and and fault under warranty. Ave had the van for 5 days now and still haven’t had it back. Keep telling me it’s next to be done and they will deliver it to me and I am still waiting. Lied to again and again. They have no idea what they are doing, and communicating is a major issue. Have no idea where van is or what’s happening. Do not use this dealership. Total waste of time. My pet dog could do a better job

Had my ranger booked in with TrustFord Bristol Cribbs Causeway for a headlamp issue and clutch issue, 4 times the appointment was changed as there wasnt a courtesy van available, and they only let me know once that this was the case. After being told the repair would be approx £2k, I sent it back to the Ford dealership I purchased it from to find that the computer needed a reset as the bulb had caused it to shut the power down to the light. Would have cost approx £25 or so... Wouldn't look at an unrelated clutch issue until I pushed, said they couldn't find it or get it to 'fault', within minutes of leaving the showroom the clutch issue reappeared, and continues to fault quite regularly. I wouldn't trust this Ford dealership with changing a bulb, incompetence shines through from customer facing staff to the so called technicians in the background. Nothing about my experience in cribbs causeway has been acceptable, let alone what anyone could consider good, or even adequate. Avoid them at all costs!
