Told TrustFord Runcorn that I thought my battery was flat, they charged £86.00 to run a check and diagnostic and could not tell whether the battery was ok. 5 days later, at the side of the road, broken down, the AA informed me that the battery was shot to bits. The check took 2 mins and was free. I called back in at the Runcorn branch and they didn't want to know, no refund no nothing, they just didn't care. I immediately cancelled my service plan. Awful service, if you have a Ford, go elsewhere.

I visited Trustford In Runcorn back in may and bought a Ford Fiesta and the whole experience has been absolutely brilliant. The car runs great and the service has been fantastic. The car was also a very good price. I would definitely recommend them.

Really good service from Ford in Runcorn. There were a few issues with the car including the air con needing re gassing and the wheel tracking being a bit off but these issues have been resolved. The salesmen were very helpful and the car was very good value for money. Had the car a couple of months now and had no problems. I would recommend this dealership for sure.
