“Deceit Bigger than any Dent” Purchased a car from Trustford Wakefield 20/05/22 we checked round it twice few-small age related marks but no dents! After enduring tortures’ 2 hours of them trying to sell us extra warranties and other products by the sales man & manager, we finally got to Sign & Paid there asking price. They told us to leave it with them for an hour & half for valeting and for them to go put fuel in (which we paid for extra £25 for but they kept the receipt?) we returned and the car was waiting, my wife sat in it swiftly went through the controls with the sales man and returned straight home (less than 1 hour drive) only to find a serious dent at the top of the rear tail gate on arrival? Also no service books or history just a few receipts, again we trusted them to be honest, open & upfront. We rang them up straight away told to send pictures of the damage which we did. And that’s when Trust ford became Trust Not ford! After six or so emails back and forth Was Told it was cosmetic damage and to go to trading standards? (How bizarre? Must be accustomed to people complaining about them?) Interestingly they did not deny it but rather blame us for not spotting it? (Yes that old chestnut) But they had custody of it last and drove the car last? Yes Cosmetic damage scratches scuffs and dings we can accept no problem? But not a serious dent which looks like somebody has trapped something between the tailgate and roof whilst trying to close it. New bare metal is visible where the paint has come off which is a fresh wound and not at all rusty. We are pensioner’s we trusted them, that’s why we purchased from them, makes you wonder if they would treat their own parents with the same deceit, pressure, & contempt. “Feel Cheated out of our savings”

No contact to say vehicle was 'ready' to collect and got there to find they hadn't done anything. Fault caused by poor work on previous visit and couldn't even rectify that. Had to take to non-dealer
I recently bought a car from Glenn and he was brilliant from start to finish. From the endless cups of free coffee, to making sure he got biscuits in for my mum when we collected the car to his knowledge of a car they don’t sell very often (a non Ford), I could not fault Glenn one bit, he was both friendly and professional but also made us laugh. I will definitely shop there again when the time comes to re-place this car.

All appointments were on time. All personnel were well presented, polite and professional. All online documentation was very well presented and explained. Our Ford car, sent from another Ford garage, was clean, sound and completely acceptable. We were assured that if there were future problems they would be very happy to deal with them.
Just collected my car from Trustford Wakefield. Rosie in particular and Dan were extremely helpful. Excellent service throughout. Can recommend.
Was wanting to test drive a Nissan nismo rs. Was told I would be unable to test drive the car as almost was required.on my second call I was informed that the car was still waiting to have a mot test done. Recieved a phone call in the afternoon stating that problems with finance. I was paying cash so finance was not an issue. Turns out someone else was trying to by the car on finance. Thanks for letting me know. Think the car is still up for sale !.

Bought a car last week from Ford Wakefield Glenn and Dan was absolutely brilliant they had all paper work and car sorted in a day and driving away and with what is going on with the current Covid 19 situation i felt they did a brilliant job they took care of all the hassle nothing was to much trouble I could not praise them enough bought a few cars in my time but this was the most easiest for me highly recommend. Very polite and professional will definitely be going back to upgrade when it is time. Again thank-you Glenn.
Have been contacting Ford Wakefield for four days, regarding a service. Day One- Monday, contacted three times and put on hold or through to the wrong department Day Two- Tuesday, finally got through but was told they would have to contact me back with a return phone call, needless to say this never happened! Day Three- Wednesday, basically the same as Monday! all this while trying to work as well Day Four- Thursday, finally!! got through to the right department only to be told it was a call center and the female was rude, unhelpful, not bothered about my disappointment in FORD So I have NOT booked my service with this dealership in Wakefield, i will take my custom elsewhere where i hopefully get a better customer service for being loyal to the FORD name where

Visited in regard to purchasing a car. Treated in a rude, arrogant and disrespectful way from a sales person called Bailey. Never been treated like that as a potential customer before.
