Initially the service was brilliant from Ford Wilmslow, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. After going on a test drive of the vehicle I was quickly informed of my options and decided to purchase my new lil fiesta. However, after leaving the dealership I was quite disappointed about the lack of communication from the used sales team and the way the management didn't even know what stage fiance etc was at. Moving forward, the night before I was collecting the car I had a phone call to run through everything then sent my final bits of paperwork in. However, come the morning of collecting the valet was poorly done, the team was unorganised and had to fill up and finish touching everything up resulting in me waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Then after getting home I noticed a brake light had blown and the engine management light had came on, how can a trusted Dealership let this happen. Thankfully the service team was able to fit me in that day and arrange the car to be fixed however, they advised that the repair could be done whenever that day and its not scheduled in. This has been very disappointing from the start and unfortunately my trust in ford Wimslow is no longer there.

Customer service called (MUNE). His attitude stinks, his acknowledge -0..... there's no words describing he's manners. People like his giving you sharp reaction 🤛. But his not worth it, instead making this comment towards him, so people can recognis this piace a 🗑

Shocking my car is 2 years old has had 2 service one full one interim which was done in jan it’s now June and it come up with a fault saying needs oil change so something wrong with it will not cover under warranty when surely must be a fault somewhere (I think diesel filter) shelbe in service has rang me doesn’t update you unless you ring I rang her left a message to say please contact 3 hours later I rang again differently line and they then updated me never again Ford you have put me off for life
A chance meeting with Dominic Hensman has given me something to think about I went to see a used focus and Dominic was just passing and said why not have a new car and explained politely carefully and concise was very informative and gave me a different ideas to purchasing a new car thanks
From the initial enquiry for a Puma for my daughter Fiona, Stuart Gray could not have been more helpful and courteous. After a test drive She was convinced that this was the car for her. However she wanted a black one. This was sourced from the south and was presented in great condition with just under 6k miles done. The car was duly purchased. Other members of the used car sales team were also very helpful giving a great Team atmosphere.

Car is still under warranty so went to trust ford as original supplier. Service was not completed in accordance with schedule. Complaint not dealt with properly.
Bought car there just before Christmas. Very average. Agree with what other people say. They try to sell you special polish, special seat protector, special everything all at a cost. Car I picked up had one of the worst valet jobs I've seen. Still muck and leaves on the tailgate sill. Streaks where they'd polished the inside. Sent in email to sales manager. No reply as yet.
just bought a new car from them did all that was asked sent all the money they promised to change my number plates, messed my wife and I about in the cold had to wait 25 minsfor them to make new plates ,rude and unhelpful did not evensay good morning to my wife.perhaps should have stayed with the congleton dealer
