Bought car there just before Christmas. Very average. Agree with what other people say. They try to sell you special polish, special seat protector, special everything all at a cost. Car I picked up had one of the worst valet jobs I've seen. Still muck and leaves on the tailgate sill. Streaks where they'd polished the inside. Sent in email to sales manager. No reply as yet.
just bought a new car from them did all that was asked sent all the money they promised to change my number plates, messed my wife and I about in the cold had to wait 25 minsfor them to make new plates ,rude and unhelpful did not evensay good morning to my wife.perhaps should have stayed with the congleton dealer

Really helpful staff on the used carsales team especially Mark Brogan who did not hassle or mither and was very reassuring. I went back multiple times to see the car and nothing was to much trouble for him. Any touch ups that needed doing were done within the timescale promised. Only bits I was merrrh about is having a manager phoning me seeing what my intentions were. I did not like like the "if someone else sees it you will loose it". Or the "it may get shipped off to another branch" approach I thought this to be pushy salesmanship. He was probley following company procedures but one of my pet hates is people putting pressure on and being pushy. If I wasn't dealing directly with Mark who knew where I stood I would have walked away and gone elsewhere. The only actuall complaint is the vallet service, even though I had pointed out the car needed a good clean as it was full of dog hair it was still not done thoroughly. I have spent nearly 90 mins hoovering and cleaning the car propley as the mats had not been removed when hoovered and just the general interior and exterior valet was very poor. Yes it's a used car but one does expect it to be clean. If you are thinking of buying a used car from here please please 🙏 ask for Mark Brogan, top bloke, top service. 👍

Awful experience. We went in looking to try and maybe buy a car. We had an appointment at 2 but John (who we had the appointment with) was busy when we turned up on time so we had to wait 20 minutes. As soon as we turned up John thought it was a done deal and that we were just going to accept everything he was trying to sell us. Adding about £2000 to the price of the car just with cover we did not need (he has a story about one of his mates for every type of cover which adds about 40 minutes of him explaining). If you try and talk at all saying that you don’t need it he will just talk over you and not let you speak. There was a moment where both of us were talking at the same time for about 20 seconds just so I could talk. But he was too busy talking at you to listen to what you had to say. Tried to talk about the price as that is the only problem we had with the car but he kept talking for over half an hour about other stuff to do with insurance we did not need and had already said no to 3 times. It finally came down to price and we had researched online the going price for this type of car, He got nasty and aggressive. Because of our age he did not expect us to have done our research and he was trying to take advantage if that. He told us that we would only be buying cars with problems, where what we were offering was still above what was the recommended price by parkers. This experience has put us off buying a ford all together. When we tried to leave, he tried to take back all paperwork that he had handed us (probably because it was evidence he was ripping us off) but his manager intervened and let us keep it. To check that we weren’t the ones being unreasonable we did more research when we got home and found multiple cars with similar milage and age for £500 cheaper than what they were offering. Awful man to deal with. Would not recommend anyone to go to trust ford wilmslow. Would only recommend if you have way too much time to waist and you want to be pressured into buying cover you don’t need. And also if you want to have a horrible time while doing all this. Thank you for reading.
I was offered an upgrade in October 2019 to a 2019 ecosport ST line. I previously had a 2018 ecosport Titanium which I thoroughly enjoyed and had absolutely no trouble with. The whole exercise was carried out without any trouble whatsoever and this was due to the total professionalism of Baden Powell. I was kept totally in the picture with regards to each step towards the new car. Baden was in contact with me all the way and he made the whole sale thoroughly enjoyable! I cannot praise him enough and so glad I chose Wilmslow as my preferred dealership.

Terrible service from Trustford Wilmslow. From the minute you call them and try and book in a service. Number of repeated options, then 10 minutes waiting on the phone. The lady made it sound like I was inconveniencing her. So before I booked the service in I hung up as I dread to think what it is like if you call for an update on how you car is doing.

We have been looking for a car for many months. Not particularly looking for Ford but happened to pass Trust Ford Wilmslow. We spoke to Brendan Barnes at Trust Ford Wilmslow. He had such an amazing knowledge of Ford cars. This was refreshing after visiting many dealers including Audi and Mercedes and not one of them could tell us as much about the cars as Brendan. Unfortunately we were looking for a specific vehicle and they didn’t have any at the particular dealer. Brendan went out of his way to find us the car we had spent so long looking for. Can not fault any part of the whole purchase. From first walking in to taking the car, the whole process was professional and efficient. We will definitely be back to deal with Brendan again and hopefully for many years to come. Thank you Brendan and Trust Ford.

We had an appointment to test drive a car. When we arrived we were told the salesman with whom we had an appointment with was off for the weekend, if we would wait 10 or 15 minutes they would find someone to take us out in the car we wanted to buy. After 40 minutes we left and will buy our car elsewhere.

Order form, insurance cover and trade in form had errors. Drove away from TrustFord Wilmslow uninsured. Front sensors ordered but not fitted. Service did it. Late delivery. Collected car and rammed by ford employee in company car on ford forecourt. Driver distracted, not looking. She ran away. Details from sales dept. Driver hiding. Ford say 50:50. No way. 5 days old, 210 miles. Weeks of delay. Car returned but paint work wrong. Nasty Sales Manager pressure to accept. No way. 4 days after more pressure, took car to other Ford dealer paint shop. Spotted faults immediately. Car now in for TrustFotd respray. What a waste of time. Great car, have two.
