Went to look at what I thought was a great looking Range Rover Sport in carpathian grey. It was terrible it had some paint work on the front bumper which was badly finished, masking tape still on shut lines, overspray on the lights, grille and windscreen. Paint on the wheel arches and bonnet are flat with over spray on them as well. All round very disappointed, the salesman I dealt with was useless and knowledge was out the window.

Purchased this last week, but. After reading several bad reviews I don’t think I would purchase a vehicle without viewing in person,my car was beautiful throughout,hassle free purchase, no pressurised selling,quite relaxed,obviously car dealers have their own little ways of grabbing a sale but I was a very happy customer, Thanks 12 London Road.

This dealership is simply the best, both for car stock, staff welcome and service as well as fair prices for both sales cars and trade-in deals. Our son has used their services, so we drove from Cardiff to see the car he had found for us. After we left with the car, we realised that we had not properly transferred a private plate to retain the number. David at Twelve London Road was so helpful and diligent, managing to achieve what we had failed to do and retrieve the number for us. We would say this is "going beyond" what one might expect from a car dealer and sums up the entire experience of dealing with Twelve London Road. We highly recommend them. Their honesty and service level is superb. By the way, the "new" car is fabulous!

Sales process was fine. Car was ordered remotely for delivery and that is where my issues began. When the car (BMW X5) arrived I immediately spotted several issues; scratches on passenger door, driver door, rear spoiler, paint chip on bonnet and heavily corroded rear badge. All of these were through the paint on this black car and very obviously showing white primer. The delivery driver was most apologetic and he himself actually found and pointed out some of the damage. The car was rejected and all the issues were to be corrected. The car came back a week later. To their credit the doors, spoiler and badge were sorted but the bonnet chip has been poorly corrected and now sits proud as a black splodge of paint that could have been finished better with a touch up pen from Halfords. Having now taken delivery of the car, I then found numerous more scratches on the body inside of the rear passenger doors, all through to white primer similar to those found on the outside. This is after having rejected the car once and it being fully reinspected. I can acknowledge that they are in slightly less visible area generally but still very eye catching every time you open the rear doors and disappointing to see after allegedly having two thorough inspections, suggesting they’ve either been missed twice or, perhaps worse, fall within acceptable limits within their quality policy which I think is partiuclarly poor on a £35,000 vehicle from a company advertising specifically how much they focus on quality and inspection. I did bring this to their attention and after a bit of back and forth, they, after assessing photos of the damage, deemed that they would cost no more than £250 to resolve professionally, specifically mentioning Chips Away and as such would cover a bill of this amount. I proceeded to contact 3 nationally recognised smart repair companies, one being Chips Away. They all assessed the same photos the TLR saw and in two cases, came to inspect in person and all quoted 2 - 3 times the price that TLR believed the repair would cost and that they would cover. I provided copies of these quotes to TLR and have not heard anything back in over a week now and so can only assume that I have been brushed aside now that my sale is complete. Despite my issues, I was hoping that they would continue to support and actively resolve them and I could still recommend their service as a result. Due to the radio silence and apparent dismissal I can no longer do that.

Got my Mercedes SLK yesterday, fantastic experience, everything was professional from the day I first contacted the team to receiving the car! I've never purchased a car on the internet without seeing or test drive!! Must say, I was a bit worried, but the staff were so reassuring especially Gorden!! every detail and question explained The car of my dreams all spot on, could not ask for a better deal!! 2 days ago Generally a good experience but a couple of things to be mindful of. Staff are very good, friendly and courteous. The process of buying the car was smooth and painless. The car itself is, for the most part, very good but TLR ask top money for their cars. Had some interiors bits done to bring the car up to a standard for the money they were asking. Two points I should mention - if you are not viewing in person, be sure to ask about all features listed in the ad. Mine said cold weather pack which the car didn't have for example. Also, wheels advertised as having been 'refurbished'. Not sure I would say refurbished, painted at best - cheaply and badly, too. They are basically just blown over - over everything including the wheel weights and glue residue from old weights, If you have to have the wheels balanced like I've had too because they were all out - yep, the paint is off! Had to take mine back with a brakes issue and not sure I'm convinced with the response given that all heavy 3ltr cars are like this, if I'm honest - but it is what it is. By and large ok but be careful to check everything - thoroughly.

Purchased my Audi A4 from Twelve London Road on line whilst in quarantine after returning from 2 years in the USA. I usually purchase from large main dealerships but the car came up when searching Auto Trader and looked a very good price. I was apprehensive buying on line and parting with over £14k without seeing the vehicle or knowing the dealers and them being over a 100 miles away. However, David was extremely helpful, providing me with a live video where I could ask questions and request he zoom into anything I was concerned with. Payment was straightforward and the free delivery lockdown compliant. The driver left everything in the car and allowed me to have a good look to ensure I was satisfied whilst maintaining the required distancing. Obviously with the current lockdown I have not been able to drive significant mileage but I am extremely happy with the service provided and with the vehicle. Which I consider to be excellent value for money. I would absolutely recommend buying from Twelve London Road.
