Happy to rate 5 out 5. Mick answered all of my questions and when it came to collect the car it was all ready to go on time. I've been enjoying the Mini Hatch since and it's going well.

Alan was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the whole process and ensuring the car was in the best condition upon picking it up. They also kept the process as efficient as possible, keeping me well informed with everything that was happening. These guys are local to me so when I decided to buy my first car, I popped in to check them out. Honestly I’m so glad I did — they’ve been absolutely brilliant! I went for a 2014 Ford Fiesta and considering its age, it’s in mint condition with barely any rust. I’d never taken out finance before but they made the whole process easy and made sure I went with a good credit agency etc. The car needed a couple of bits sorting for the MOT but they got straight to work and had everything done in just a couple of days. They even arranged collection around my work schedule which was a massive plus. Since it was over Christmas, I was mega impressed with how fast they got it all sorted. I’ve done just over 1,000 miles in it now and it’s been absolutely spot on—no knocks, no bangs, no issues at all! It’s a solid little car and I’m really glad I chose to go with them.

We were looking for a smaller car and originally visited Tyne Vehicle Buyer to check out a different one. We quickly realised it wasn’t the right fit and ended up going for the Vauxhall Viva instead. So far we’re really happy with it and feel that the dealership provided great service. We also took out the 12-month extended warranty for extra peace of mind and generally feel really good about the way we were treated.

My Nissan Qashqai's doing great! She’s already been on a long trip to Milton Keynes and back, and she’s been grand. I can’t praise Alan at Tyne Vehicle Buyer enough...he was absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to him for taking the time to really listen to what I wanted, showing me a range of options that suited my needs, and then giving me the space to make the right decision. He wasn’t pushy at all and I really hope he sees this feedback so he knows just how grateful I am for his guidance and support.

5 stars from me up to now because I haven't had any problems with the car or the service. It was the DS 4 that I drove away in and it's been spot on for the couple of runs it's been on.
