Alan was spot on right from the word go. He gave me all the information about the car and was really up front and honest so when I got there and saw the car it was exactly as he described. He kept me updated all the way through without me prompting him which was great. The way he spoke to me was quite old school too which I really liked. He wasn't pushy at all and was just really good to deal with.

Everything was all good with the transaction and the guys were really helpful, the car was delivered on time and it was just as we were told it would be 👍

When I bought my Subaru Impreza I was being quite picky and pointed out a few things that I would like doing. The guys at Tyne were more than happy to get them done for me and made sure I was happy with the quality of the car before we went ahead with the sale. It was quite refreshing to not have that pushy sales technique and to have them be so happy to help. They were just great and got everything sorted for me with no delays.

I think I astounded the guys at Tyne Vehicle Buyer as I took my Citroen C4 without even driving it. When you have 2 kids though you just want the easy option and I didn't fancy bundling them into the car for a test drive. Alan was absolutely lovely and went the extra mile, even doing stuff for me on his days off. He was certainly canny enough and offered me all the extras if I wanted them. I felt really bad as he was trying to contact me in the evening to get stuff sorted when I wasn't working, but I kept missing him as I was dealing with the kids. I imagine that works really well for most people though to have the option to chat in the evening.

The salesman Alan has been great throughout the whole process. I think he is really good and I would definitely recommend him. If I was going to buy another car I would definitely go directly to him. He was really honest and fair and just went above and beyond for me.

We bought our Dacia Duster from Alan and he was excellent. We had it delivered but Alan kept us updated at every step and still gave us a really good experience without even seeing us in person. We have done some bits of work on it since we got it but my husband has been doing it as he is an automotive electrician anyway so replacing heater plugs was no bother for him. I really can't fault Alan though even though we have done this work, he was very very good and was very fair with us too.

The guys at Tyne Vehicle Buyer are great, they are so nice and friendly, it just makes you feel really welcome. I got my Fiat Punto from them and it has been running well. I had a few minor issues at first but the guys at Tyne just got them sorted straight away and were happy to help. I am really happy with the service I have received!

The two lads I deal with at Tyne Vehicle Buyer are absolutely smashing. I change my car every year and this is the second time I've been back as they always do such a fabulous job of looking after me. The service is always top notch and I'll definitely be back next year when. it's time to change my car again.

The wife was in need of a new runaround to get her from a to b, and she quite fancied upsizing her Ford Focus to a 4x4. Tyne Vehicle Buyer were recommended to us by our finance company originally, and that gave us huge confidence when finding ourselves in the market for a quality used car. Ray looked after us down at the dealership and we found him to be an incredibly helpful chap. Since passing my driving test back in September, I'd not actually driven, so it's fair to say I was nervous when I decided to purchase my first car.
