I am really pleased with my Ford Fusion, I have had no problems with it and it is just a good all round car. The lads at Tyne Vehicle Buyer were very good too and very helpful. They were just lovely all round really and gave that top notch experience.

The experience here is perfectly fine. I was well looked after and they got me everything I needed, even offering me a drink! It was all fairly quick which was just what I wanted really as I didn't want to wait to get my hands on my Crossback. They did everything they could to help me with everything. My Crossback is all good too so far too, touch wood! Everything just went exactly as it needed to. Without a doubt, a 5 star experience.

I used to work with some of the lads at Tyne Vehicle Buyer so it is always a nice and relaxed experience when I go to them for my cars. This time was no different. Graeme and Ray were both looking after me and they were spot on. They got me everything I needed and are even sorting the air conditioning for me as I have noticed this isn't working now we have some nice weather. I can't fault them at all, I get on well with all the guys and they are always happy to help.

Alan was good, easy to deal with and very helpful. He was full of apologies too when they hadn't had chance to put some extra fuel in it for me. I am loving my Seat Ibiza though, I am always pottering about here and there in it and it is a really nice drive.

Graeme and the other lads were really helpful and very easy to deal with when I went to buy my Kia Sportage. It was my first time using Tyne Vehicle Buyer even though it is only 10 minutes from me and it has definitely left a very good impression. If I ever find myself looking for another car I would go straight to these guys. Graeme has been brilliant all the way through and even helped me getting the log book updated as it ended up being an old one so I needed to do a new form. Even when I rang and was worried about the log book they just handled it really well and reassured me. They called me back within 5 minutes with assistance and just filled me with confidence that if I ever needed them they would be there.

When I went to Tyne Vehicle Buyer, I felt very well looked after. They were really laid back and did not make me feel like I had to buy anything they just got me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Alan has been great all the way through, he is very friendly and helpful and has done the best he can for me.

The service I received was a solid 9 out of 10 and the service was overall quick easy and helpful before and after I purchased the car.

After buying my Ford S Max I have had some issues with the battery and the gearbox but Alan has been fantastic. He gave me his personal number so I could always reach him and he has been so helpful. He always answers and gets back to me promptly no matter the time which is brilliant. He is liaising with his boss for me so we can get it all sorted too so with Alan on the case I am confident it will get sorted.

When it was time to look for my second car I knew roughly what I wanted but I didn't want to go too far. Tyne Vehicle Buyer had a lovely Seat Ibiza in and it was quite close to me which was ideal really. I went down with my dad and it was nice and clean and looked to be in really good nick. The guys were really happy to help and let my dad take it out on a test drive as he was more confident with checking it over than me with it only being my second car. He was happy with it after the test drive so I took his word for it and bought it. It is going back in for them to have a look at it as there is a noise with the gearbox but they have been great about it all. It has all been a good experience.

I was looking for a very specific Dacia Duster and with being in Scotland, typically, I couldn't get one. I needed to look further afield which is when I saw one at Tyne Vehicle Buyer. I decided to just go for it and have it delivered and I am very glad I did. It arrived on time and I got a call with a delivery update. When it got here it was so clean inside and out so I was very happy with it. It is a very good drive too and I like it very much.
