Oh Steven, (a man who ignored our calls and emails yet was so very attentive pre-sale?) We travelled down from Scotland to look at, and then subsequently paid by cash for an Audi Q5 S-Line TDi in February 2000 which had been just MoT'd and fully serviced by Autorite/Autoparc. What fun we had: In the first year we had new PAS pump and pipework (few quid as you can imagine), then only last year the EGR packed up with a new OEM replacement purchased to discover when fitting the bolts on the head sheared and had to have them machined out with helicoils by a specialist company...again, quite a few quid. The car had a replacement oil filter fitted during its pre-sale service only as the oil was black tar when we had it serviced by a competent and trusted mechanic. Summary: Would I be guilty of defamation when describing this garage/"Stevie" - the guy sells snake oil and should be barred for life from anything vehicular. We have spent over a third of the original selling price getting this car right...again, a good few thousand quid.

Bought a car for 3500 from LJP CAR SALES. LEWIS POTTER. According to his advert car was running and driving perfect and FSH.Although a cat N it was only the bumpeCar was delivered to me Faults were as follows Clutch needed . Injector leaking wheels buckled whining gearbox.poor repair to rear of vehicle and more damage than stated. THE SERVICE HISTORY DOES NOT RELATE TO CAR WITH PAGES MISSING. DPF was also blocked with turbo pipe slackened to allow it to run filling the car with exhaust fumes.He denies this but I have an independentrac report . He was very abusive when informed.of the issues stated car drove perfect and does not want to pay for any repairs. This is now with Trading standards

My wife bought a car from here after a week service light and warnng light came on took car back the said would fix to no avail. Yhis happend every week for 6 weeks. Would not take the car back or give us our money back Took them to court won the case bailiffs have tried to contact but they transfered the salesman somewhere else and said onone of that name works there. They have tried for the last year but keep getting fobed off with excuses The place is run by a bunch of cowboyd

Purchased a car in may,very Friendly and helpful when getting the car but after service shocking . Said the car came with sat nav, it had no sat nav and even though I had original advert they denied,fair enough move on. 3months on I haven’t received my log book,send several emails and had some reply’s to start but now nothing. . Thursday last week I. Broke down, only flat battery,called my rescue company they wouldn’t come out as they said the car is showing up as untaxed,even though I paid extra because he said he had taxed! Called the police and they confirmed it’s not tax , I reported the dealership with emails and the reciept I received and asked for Stephens input but still nothing. . Not I have to pay for my one log book and tax again which I wouldn’t mind if they were not so ignorant,, if anyone can shed any light on similar problems please let me know as I’m at a loss as to why they so ignorant? !

AUTORITE NE ...Absolutely terrible!! emailed on numerous occasions..no reply so rang them spoke to 2 different blokes both said they would get back to me.. neither did..rang and said I wanted to buy the car but needed a price to transport it from them to me... but no phone call from them... if this is what they are like when your attempting to buy a car off them... what would they be like once you bought the car and had a problem!!!! Plus since looking at reviews on the place .. looks like I had a lucky escape..Worst customer service I have ever come across...don’t waste your time and money on these guys....steer clear!!!

Absolute joke of a company. All I want is a refund after returning a faulty and unsafe car to AutoRite NE. Well within my rights as per Consumer Rights Act 2015 . Now issuing a Statutory Demand on them I will het my money Stephen Bleck.

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END TO SAVE YOURSELF THE BIG MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH THIS DEALER. Worst move I ever made was to buy a car from here. The owner and Sales person are the most disgusting people to deal with, they lie through their back teeth and sell unroadworthy cars with incorrect, in my experience, MOT's and have the most disgusting attitude even though they are in the wrong and know they are. I know from experience having just/still going through trying to get my money back from them. I paid £3500 for my car which I had for all of 3 hours in total on 20th February 2021. It is now 6th May 2021 and after 2 promises in writing of getting my money back, saying it would be in the bank by 1pm today at the latest l am still getting nowhere. I rejected the car officially and as it stands he has both the car and my money. Every warning light on the dashboard came on after the first hour, took back and was told it was a day time running bulb, to bring back on Monday to fix. I used the car the same night and it broke down pulling into a parking bay in a supermarket where it stayed for 2 nights. The garage came and took it away, checked it over and the fault was a relay, then it was an earth wire. I decided to get an independent AA check on it. When I bought the car the MOT said it only needed 4 tyres. The AA inspector wouldn't even drive it more than 3 miles due to the faults with it. I have a report from the AA as back up and proof of this. I have been fighting ever since to get my money back on it with little or no response and false promises from the owner when he does respond. If he doesn't like what you are saying he will just blank you and hope that you go away.

We baught an audi a4 avant before Christmas and the garage advertised the car with full service history. We have not received 3 months later anything. We got reassured that they would sort our logbook out off our old car and finalise the deal. They also didn't do this and they got a parking ticket while the car was still in our name! Not only that we gave them 1k by bank transfer to pay off the finance on our old car , they didn't do that and the finance on our old car came out of our bank account twice. Tried speaking to them to resolve this problem several times and still no further forward. Totally unprofessional company who are out to steal your money. Please avoid at all cost's and buy your new csr from somewhere else!!! !!!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!
