I bought a Ford from tyrrell automotive and on the website it said the car had cruise control and I got the car home and found it doesn’t have cruise control. It’s a real shame as I thought the service was great and trusted the company fully however it shows it’s some times too good to be true. There was nothing they offered for the poor advertising they just blamed it down to auto trader.

Purchased a 2017 mini convertible for my wife from Chris at Tyrrell Automotive. We turned up without appointment but Chris and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. The car was just as described and in great condition, Very well presented. Chris took care of all the paperwork and we collected the car a few days later. Chris has a refreshing approach and we would look to him first for our next vehicle purchase. A different experience from other car dealers, honest, approachable with a lot effort put in to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thanks for the Luck Penny - a nice touch which we shall enjoy over Christmas.
