I bought a car from this man and within the first month i was getting engine overheating messages appear on my dash. £3,600 later ive had to have new radiator, expansion tank, head gasket and new tyres, as well as various other bits and bobs. the warranty that’s given may as well have been written by father christmas, completely non existent! this man is the same as mr wormwood, knows there’s problems and gives a temporary fix just to sell. absolute scam

Bought a car from here, within 3 months it was diagnosed with engine failure. After speaking with his mechanic who worked on it prior to sale I know they were fully aware there were faults with the car before they sold it to me. The warranty wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. He did pay a portion of costs towards rectifying but I’m left with the lions share of the payment for a new engine and significantly out of pocket, as well as without a car for over 10+ weeks.

Recently bought a Ford Ecosport from this dealer for business use. After 2 weeks there was a rattling sound coming from a wrongly welded cat converter. After taking it to local garage they confirmed it needed a cat repair and new disks and pads. After contacting the dealer, he promised to pay the cost as he did not issue the warranty as promised. After sending him the quote and requested images and videos, he reneged on his promise and sent an email claiming his lawyer had advised him not to pay the costs. I believe the owner, Asghar, is a crook and I would stay well away from this company.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in April 2021. Straight away I had some issues with the car (an Audi A3, 2008) in that things with the vehicle were not as advertised, (number of previous owners, for example). 6 months and one week after my purchase, an engine mount snapped, causing huge damage to the engine casing and rendering the car undrivable and a huge issue to fix in view of the age of the car and accessing an engine casing. This is most definitely something that could not possible have occurred within the time I had the vehicle. The response from this company was that they could not help me as this had happened outside of my 6 month warranty they supplied me with when I purchased the car, which was less than a week. I paid full price, (£6500) plus an admin fee, they offered me £100 good will gesture and refused to even take a look at the car. Please make sure to go to a reputable dealer and not this kind of company. I still have no car and am unsure as when and if my vehicle can be repaired. There are a lot of reputable dealers out there, check certifications and approvals by the AA, etc. so as to avoid paying money for a vehicle that is not fit for purpose

They would not adhere to the warranty terms anyway. This is not a reputable company. I am trying to have a refund on a car purchased. False promises and after 5 weeks in their care we still do not have a diagnosis. Their courtesy car was illegal on the road and uninsured for the driver who was forced to purchase her own insurance. AVOID AVOID AVOID OR DEAL AT YOUR PERIL
Purchased a 2010 VW in March 2017 from UK Car Club. In June it broke down costing me £200 in towing and £391 due to water damage to the ECU. it's now July and the window switches have broken and the carpets are soaking wet! The dealer was completely unsympathetic!

Excellent customer service . Bought a car twice for my daughter and myself . I Strongly recommend the UK Car Club.
In August I purchased a vehicle from UK Car Club. The car wasn't very clean and the dealers were not very helpful or knowledgeable. I don['t think the car is worth the money and I am am having issues with the clutch. I would not recommend this dealership.

Really good experience with UK Car Club! I purchased a Honda Civic back in July and I am very pleased with it. The car was clean and in good condition and I have had no major issues with it. The only thing is that the AC is not working and the dealership have offered to have a look at it but unfortunately i am too busy to get the car back to them and leave it there for a few days. The overall service has been excellent and I would recommend them.

I visited UK Car Club in May and bought a Golf. I have had no issues with it at all and it was very good value for money. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions. I would recommend.

The service at UK Car Club could have been better. They have a bad attitude when it comes to after care and resolving issues. I tried to get in touch a number of times because the driver door doesn't open and they never returned my calls. When I finally spoke to them they said that the repairs that needed to be carried out wouldn't be covered by the warranty. Not happy.
