I bought car suzuki celerio from UK carsales 2 weeks ago and when taken home found it need new breaks and hand break need to be fixed and air con not working phoned them and they took straight back and fixed it in 2 days they were very helpful I would highly recommend them for buy car .
Do not work with this dealership. They have terrible customer service, only one month warranty and do not actually care about you as a customer. They do not advise you on what’s best, they just want to make a car sale. Disgusting
Do not buy from here! We bought a care for £3,200 We asked for the breakers to be checked as they was making noises to be reassured they had been checked and it was just from been sat awhile. The car had to go back within days as we discovered the car wasn’t actually locking, they fixed that eventually. Since having the car we could constantly smell fuel so it had to go back again as the fuel tank was fucked. We went on there word with the break and eventually we decided enough was enough and checked the back right break to find it completely fkd. We ring them for them to make excuses and say that they would no longer do anything as was out of the 30 day warranty and had been touched by someone other then themselves, my partner tuck the wheel off didn’t do anything as soon as we discovered the state it got left. We have since taken it to a mechanic who has checked the rest of the breaks to find out that all the breaks are fkd. Tried to leave reviews on Instagramand Facebook and surprisingly you can’t leave reviews. £400 to fork out to sort the car out after already spending over 3k Trying to deny they new about the fault in the beginning after us saying when we first viewed the car and then again when when to get the car!! Absolute joke of a place. And all they say to bad reviews is we fixed problems at no cost to you. The point is all these cars shouldn’t have so many problems!! And you don’t fix them all!

I bought a car for myself as I THOUGHT it would be perfect for me as it’s a car I’ve always wanted. They spoke to me and said all good stuff about the car that it all working perfectly. Since having the car for not even 4 months yet the steering rack, 2 CV joints, passenger and driver side brake discs have had to be changed, rust all underneath the car. Rang up and tried to get some help with it, customer service is absolutely appalling not helpful at all. Do but buy anything from this place or if you do please try and check everything you can before wasting loads of money on something that can’t even run after 4 months of having.
We bought our car from here after finding it online. The ford ka we purchased for my daughter was very clean and tidy and has been a brill car so far . Thanks uk cars
HELLO .we bought a nisson juke from the SWANSEA BRANCH july 2020 . on inspection we asked for a new mot .new discs and pads all round . we informed them that the car would be going to my local garage for a new timing belt and a inspection . the timing belt was done also a inspection by my garage. WE HAPPY WITH THE CAR . Thats all we can say is have a independent mot .after you buy car for piece of mind . WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CAR . THANKS LAWRENCE AT THE SWANSEA BRANCH .
Purchased a vehicle from this place and had nothing but problem after problem after problem! Every time I call to complain they’re extremely unhelpful and instantly dismissive! I’ve not spent around £1500 on repairs in the last 6 months and yet more things are going wrong. If you want my advice stay WELL CLEAR of UK Car Sales. Save yourself some money and go to a proper garage! Cowboys
