I turned up on spec to have a look around after seeing a car advertised. First of all I have to say they are available if required but they don't follow you around you are allowed to browse unhindered I picked out 3 cars of interest and asked questions about all. I eventually settled on a focus which was reasonably priced for the year and history. I picked it up about 36 hours later, it had a new MOT on it and a years tax and seems to be running well. I am pleased with the service I received and the car and should I need another vehicle I will return here .

Travelled from Weymouth to Swansea to see the car I'd been looking for for about 3 months. Needless to say I asked quite a lot about the car before deciding to make the trip. All my queries were answered patiently and, as it turned out, with complete honesty by Lawrence. In fact, the car exceeded expectations. Very friendly and helpful service with no pressure whatsoever, so a great car at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

I don't like buying cars, until now. I recently bought a car from UK Car Sales and I am very impressed. The vehicle was exactly as described online. There is one minor fault with the car, it's in the garage today being put right by UK car sales, simple as that. Jack and Laurence were friendly, polite and attentive. No hard sell ! All in all a pleasurable experience. If you are looking for fair prices, well presented vehicles as described, no nonsense and a friendly face, give them a go. Thank you so much Jack and Laurence. Where do I start with UK Car Sales in Swansea, I suppose I can start with the positive's first: 1.Friendly staff when your looking around the cars that they have for sale there, they are not pushy at all. 2.Everything else is negative with my experience Negative's 1.When I picked the car up and was going through the paperwork, the salesman thought that it was a good idea to arrange a party over the phone as "their sales were the best since the garage started" "Best week ever" right in front of myself and my partner. I had questions to ask and had to wait until his phone call had finished - very unprofessional! 2.Very poor part exchange valuations, in my experience they valued my car at £700.00 and I sold it privately for £1450.00, I understand that the part ex valuation is lower than a private sale, but after getting a number of valuations and using the CAP valuation service online, I should have still been offered £1100 part ex. Had I been offered that I probably would have part ex'd the car with them. 3.Aftersales is very, very poor - I had issue's with brakes and the car, I had a one month warranty on purchase, they openly admitted they would use the cheapest parts possible. 4.Front and Rear Brake discs were completely shot, all they did was change the front brake pads! 5.Despite pointing out a breaking issue during a test drive and them fitting new pads that there was still issues. Took the car to a local garage and told what was wrong called the garage and they said for it to be done under warranty you would have to drive it down and that they wouldn't pay to have it done locally. Due to the danger of driving it you had to pay to have it done and only afterwards did they say they could have picked it up. 6.I asked for a tyre to be changed on the front of the car as it was bald, they told me a good part worn tyre will be fitted only to find out later that they had in fact swapped over the spare tyre with the bald one. I now have the bald tyre as a spare until I swap it. I couldn't trust them to do any other work on the car if it needed it in fear of them "patching" up your car to save money after this tyre incident. 7.I asked for the car to be valeted, the valet was off sick at the time and they would not drop a tenner off the asking price for me to get it done myself locally. Instead they told me to drop the car off when convenient to get the car valeted even though they knew I was 50miles away! 8.If you carry out the repairs on a car you buy off these dealers, don't expect a refund or compensation even if your car is under warranty, they will ignore your letters, emails and argue with you over the phone. According to their website, they also carry out MOT and Servicing - I would not let them have my car in a million years after my experience with parts they needed to swap out and the lies that they would tell customers just to line their own pockets. They will lie over the phone to you and if they can find a way to cut corners and not spend anything out on your car they will. The warranty's are not worth the paper they are written on! Once they have sold you a car they don't care about you afterwards. Please, please be aware of these dealers before you buy from them. I would not want anyone else to experience what I have had to from them. They have been reported to the local trading standards for selling me a car that was not roadworthy. But as luck would have it, trading standards could not do anything as I had already had the car repaired. If you need them to investigate make sure you report the issue's to them before having any work done. I was lucky enough to get a payout under Section 75 of the consumer credit act via my credit card provider (I luckily paid for the car with my credit card) as they are jointly responsible for the goods not being of satisfactory quality and not fit for purpose. I am nearly £400.00 out of pocket because of these so called professional dealers. I am so glad that this saga has come to an end, but I think there could be more problems on the horizon with a steering issue.

Just had a car from their two months ago only to find the whole drivers side is filler and under the sill rusty full of filler garage who done a drop arm link for me said it's been in a bad accident and pointed out all the marks ect prob cat c or d and terrible filling repair it's a death trap hoping finance company will resolve this been told not to take it back to them untill it's been looked at rip offs 2013 and not worth 7k

not as bad as my car then . I had recently purchased a white seat Ibiza px13onp .5 weeks later discovered it should have been a right off I have been waiting 8 weeks with no car they finally exepted my rejection today .the car was full of filler in bother side doors the under sill had been filled with excessive amount of filler . the sill should have been replaced with a new one and the car was rusting all on the door chunks of filler falling off in my hand and now awaiting a refund how long did it take before they paid u back I'm waiting for the finance company now to reply so peeved were out of pocket also not even been offered hovered car money back or taxi fares only insurance and tax and our deposit and payments. I'm fumming do not trust them
Very disappointed. Purchased car which developed costly fault within the warranty period. Did not find the aftersales service at all helpful and the company failed to reply to written communication or pay towards the costs.
