Bought car back in August, got it serviced a week after having it and it had a number of issues (radiator leak, corroded shock absorbers, corroded brake lines a long with a few other things). I contacted Woburn Cars and they did apologise and said they would do the repairs needed. By this point I had already had the shock absorbers replaced myself. Car went into their garage and came out with most the repairs done however was waiting on a part for the final thing. This part was meant to arrive nearly 5 weeks ago now and haven’t really had much communication from them so just got my own mechanic to do it who got the part within about 10 days. Not entirely sure how the car got through an MOT a few months back with not a single advisory in this state. I’m happy they did some repairs on the car however it shouldn’t have been sold to me like that in the first place. Wouldn’t buy from them again without getting a mechanic to look at it first.

Wanted to buy a car for my daughter.saw an Audi A3 at the right price at Woburn autos. Called them to find out the condition of the car to be told it had a small rust issue on awin but nothing major so i foolishly paid a deposit of £199.00.when we arrived to pick the car up we were horrified to see that half the sill was missing on one side and there was serious rust issues on the other.Woburn autos are refusing to refund the deposit and will not respond to any communication.Don’t go anywhere near these people.they are getting one star because I can’t give them any less.
I purchased a vehicle on 19/05/2021 it broke down five days later and have had terrible problems with the vehicle. I had it serviced and inspected at a reputable garage in Bedford and was give a report of six serious problems which included severe corrosion and cracked exhaust manifold amongst other things. Woburn Autos should be avoided and beware should you intend to make a purchase from this dealer all the best.

Bought a car less than a week ago, car broke down and now does not even start! Called the company and was told non of their cars come with warranty and as soon as you leave with a car any problems are your responsibility!! £1,100 out of pocket! Have been in touch with trading standards! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I cannot understand some of the reviews that I have read. All the people I dealt with were very polite and professional. I bought my car unseen. It was driven 200 miles to my house and arrived in perfect condition. I have since driven the car and am very satisfied with the purchase., as well as the price paid.

They sold me a car with 2 worn tyres , broken spring . They didn't made a MOT on the spot, very arrogant and after 1 day the car started to shut down in the middle of the traffic . Called them and they failed to take responsibility because they issue one 3 months warranty only to engine and gearbox . Gone with the to the mechanic and found out that the timing belt was missing 1 tooth and it was out of sync and the sensor was faulty . Had to pay more to the mechanic to do all the work on the car ... Also I need to wait 6 weeks for new V5 ... I WAS SHOCKED ... Cheating people , full of lies , and not claiming responsibility.

UK Cars Woburn provided an excellent service and I found them very helpful in talking you through the process of obtaining the correct paperwork
UK Cars Woburn are liars and dishonest about the car condition. Sold me a faulty car claiming it’s ok, when I went back there with the error code they plugged in some dodgy computer of theirs and again said it’s nothing wrong with it. Garage quoted £1300 for repair. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU’RE BUYING, THEYRE SCAMMERS.
