Car purchased after allegedly going in to main dealer for "repairs". Less than 6 months later car playing up and of course no one can be contacted at UnbeatableCar. Dealer contacted, who confirmed repairs were flagged up but they were told just to reset the warning lights - UnbeatableCar have been reported to Trading Standards and will be taken to court for the cost of the repairs.

Iv given back 2 cars they never service the cars all they do is valet it they forge the service buy stamping it this company needs to be shut there all bought from auction and Ireland keep away put this firm out of business they lie and if you part x your car they don’t take you off the log book until sold on so if the staff takes it home and get a ticket your at fault this has happened to me keep away

Payed double the market price for a car,expecting to be a proper car.turned out to be a lemon. The in house garage messed it up even more and failed to let me know about the bodge job they did. The car at the moment is at their facility I'm demanding a refund but they keep deflecting my requests. Trading standards is the next step.

UnbeatableCar Supermarket in Crawley sold me a faulty car. They couldn’t of cared less. Gave them the car twice to fix and they just pretended they had. Sold me a car without a spare tyre which is fine - but no tyre compressor and out of date sealant. 100% avoid or take a mechanic with you to check the car over.

Was told my car had a full service carried out and RAC 82 point check. Took it to a local garage who confirmed no service had been carried out and their garage could not have carried out a full 82 point check. Not sure what kind of mechanics they UnbeatableCar Supermarket in Crawley have working there!

I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR FROM THE UNBEATABLE CAR SUPERMARKET CRAWLEY. AVOID!!!! They sold me a faulty car, and after a month of complaint letters I am now taking them to court. Disgraceful customer service, especially from their manager Charlotte. Alex is sale who sold me the car has lied throughout, as well as their other sales team. They should be shut down. The Motor Ombudsman have been informed.

Nice polite staff, but could end up spending much more for a car with all the add ons they try to sell.

I chose a car and then changed my mind.... I had been looked after by a lovely young man, very polite and sincere in his commitment to me finding the right car for me. Patience of a saint... as I umm'd and arrr'd. No pressure, he gave all the information I asked for and allowed both myself and my son to test drive the vehicle. I came away very happy with my purchase and pleased he was sorting out my purchase. I'm looking forward to picking up my VW Beetle very soon. Thank you Ali 2.0 for your patience. Debbie
