I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from Unbeatable Car supermarket in April and the service was poor. I has all sorts off issues. They took ages to get the finance sorted and lied about the delivery. The car also broke down after 2 days which they did resolve but it was a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend this dealership.

The cars at this dealership seem good for the price, we're really enjoying the car we bought which was a Volkswagen Polo although we had to wait longer than we would have liked for it to be ready, we needed it right away and we waited about a week. Apart from that everything was all good and the people who we dealt with were really nice. So would I recommend Unbeatable Car Supermarket in Crawley, yes I would.

When purchasing my new car from Unbeatable Car Supermarket Crawley I feel things could of gone slightly better - I had to take the car back for a small problem and I feel I had to do a lot of arguing for them to sort it. In the end it was fixed and for that I would recommend the dealership to others. The car was clean and as described and great value for money.

Unbeatable Car Supermarket was recommended to me by friends, and I will carry on and recommend them. I did have to take the car back as there was scratches that I didn't initially notice when picking the car up. The dealership did fix this it just took a while. The staff said the car would come with a full tank of petrol, but unfortunately it was only half full. Overall the car is in great condition and the service they provided was great.

Here is my experience of the unbeatable car supermarket Crawley. I though it was a quick transaction firstly. The process for the sale was quick, easy and simple. The staff were helpful and the car was perfect, I am leaving this review a few months down the line from when I drove my car away

Very friendly staff and lots of choice. Easy to arrange test drive and once decided on the car I wanted everything was sorted out within 5 days.

The sales staff are friendly and compared to most car places aren't particularly pushy. My problems didn't start until after I'd bought a car. About one month after I'd taken ownership of the car it lost power whist I was travelling at 70 mph on the M25. I managed to make it across to the hard shoulder but I had to take my chances by coasting between the lorries and other traffic. UnbeatableCar agreed to look at the car and see if they could repair it, it was within their warranty. However they then had it for almost 8 weeks. During which time I was persistantly told it just needed one more thing fixed and then generaly when I called them. Then it ended up having to go to the main dealer for more repairs. To date they have not diagnosed the problem or told me what they have done to repair it. I tried asking for a refund but they would not even consider it. I was told that I had to ask in writing for any information on what work had been done, though I have been doing so for some time I
