Purchased a car with them in good faith, I asked for a reliable and safe car to drive my child in as I am a vulnerable household. He promised to have the car cleaned and did not do this (bottles of old water in the car etc) I accepted that as he seemed very busy and apologised so I got it cleaned myself. Since found that the car has multiple engine problems, a very old oil leak and has continuously costed me in repairs. When I approached them they went from being very reassuring and friendly when they sold me the car, to very cold, rude and patronising. He also "congratulated" me on my guts to come in 3 months after buying the car. Universal Car Sources are very intimidating to deal with.

I found a car I liked. Was advised to get finance. After getting my finance approved Universal Car Sources were not registered. Advised by them to apply through a different company. But same outcome. Don't trust these guys. Very unreliable.
I purchased a VW Touran from here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were helpful and friendly and the car was good value for money. i would recommend.

In July I went to Universal Car Sources and purchased a Vauxhall Astra. The car was really nice and clean and matched its description and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were great and I would certainly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought a Nissan Leaf from Universal Car Sources in June. The dealers were friendly but didn't know an awful lot about electric cars. The car was clean and in pretty good condition and is good value for money. I would recommend them but not so much if you are buying an electric car.

Really poor service from Universal Car Sources. The Car broke down after 1 month of purchase. They told me to go to a local garage to have the repairs done and when the garage did the diagnostics of the car the repairs came to £500 and the dealer refused to pay it and said that the car was fine when they sold it to me and basically tried to blame me for the car breaking down despite them admitting that the car was sold to me with the wrong battery!!! They sold me a car that was not fit for purpose at all. This is an absolutely unbelievable dealership and I would not recommend them to anyone I am really disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM UNIVERSAL CAR SOURCES! THEY ARE VERY DODGY AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM!! THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HELP EVEN WHEN I HAD WARRANTY WITH THEM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
