Recently purchased a Mercedes from Usedcar123 for my partner - she had been looking for this specific model for some time and this one had all the extra's she wanted. Living in Buckinghamshire and the dealer being in Doncaster it was a fair way to go to look at the car but Neil met my partner as soon as she arrived as planned - he aloud her time to look around the vehicle, test the car and highlight any elements she wanted corrected before collection. We arranged to collect the vehicle the following Monday after works had been completed (they're second hand cars so you expect some jobs need to be done). We arrived on the Monday to be informed that during the test drive before we landed another fault had manifested itself, my partner concurred that the fault present was not there during the original test drive, so whilst disappointed we agreed for further works to be completed and Usercar123 offered to deliver the vehicle to our home address over 140 miles away on the Friday at 09:30am. The vehicle was delivered as scheduled, unfortunately the same fault occurred (vibration from the air suspension pump) within a hour of delivery - I contacted Neil at Usedcar123 and he said to get it repaired locally and that they would cover the costs (exactly the level of service you expect but sadly lacking in many companies these days). I duly got the issue resolved, forwarded a copy of the invoice and usedcar123 transferred the funds into my bank account no problems at all. It is always disappointing when you purchase something that does not work as expected and you have to get repaired but the whole process is made so much more pleasant when the trader takes full responsibility and does all they can to expedite the situation and resolve. First class pre and post sales service and I would recommend them to anyone.

We dealt with a chap called Neil from Used Car 123 and he was very friendly, helpful and also very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Used Car 123 as the price was very reasonable, i had been looking for 6 months so should know, He did me a good deal on the warranty and drive away insurance. The car drives excellent and so far so good. We will definitely look here again in a few years when we get a newer vehicle.
I bought a mercedes from usedcar123, they were great and really easy to deal with. They really looked after me and made the whole process really simple. I would certainly recommend them. I know they have some poor reviews, but you just have to read them to see its often silly customers. I found them brilliant.
This dealership is the worst company that I've ever come across. I purchased a BMW 320 in January. I loved the car and everything was great. Then literally a couple of weeks after, I started having problems with my lights. An exterior light failure warning light was displaying the dashboard and my angel lights (the orange coil) was not working. I initially took the car to Halfords and advised that it was an electrical fault and bad connection. They temporarily fixed the issue. A couple of days later, the same problem started to happen. I rang used car 123 customer care number, just to be fobbed off and was told that they are a separate company to the dealership! They told me to speak to the dealership themselves. I honestly thought that it was a joke. I then rang used car 123 and explained the problem, they told me to come in so they can have a look. After an hour drive, I was told to wait while they fixed the issue. I told them that Halfords advised that it was a problem with the electrics. I was left to sit in the reception for 2 hours. After the issue was "fixed" I was told that one of my bulbs had blown and they replaced it and everything was fine. At the time everything seemed to be working. A week later, the exact same problem started happening which made me realise that the problem wasn't with the bulb, as previously advised by Halfords. I rang used car 123 and explained to them that the same problem was happening again. They booked me in with their workshop (which bizarrely also happens to be a separate company). Two days before I was due to come in, I received a phone call from Stuart Hailes. He was the most rudest and obnoxious human being that I've ever dealt with. He asked me what the problem was, I explained what was wrong. He then told me that the light bulb was replaced and that everything should be working fine and I must have switched off the angel lights through the onboard computer. I told Mr Hailes a number of times that the problem is electrical, hence the reason that an exterior light failure symbol was displayed. Mr Hailes kept dismissing my claims and tried every excuse he could think off. He even told me that his wife has a BMW and she switched off her angel lights through the onboard computer and that's what I have done. I yet again explained to him that I didn't switch anything off, and I challenged him on his "expert advise". I asked him what would happen, if I switched my headlights off for example, would the exterior light fail warning light come on? He then told me that if you don't put your seat belt on, a warning light comes on and it doesn't mean that the seat belts aren't working. The was this guy spoke to me is appalling. He then told me that I had to pay £80 for the lightbulb that they replaced, even though there clearly wasn't anything wrong with the bulbs! When I refused, he then try to bargain with me like some sort of market trader and told me he'll knock £30 off because he's a nice guy! I refused to pay him a penny as I've only just bought the car and it comes with a warranty. He insisted that he needed paying as it took him a long time to fix it and he and his staff need to get paid. I told him who and how he's paid is none of my concern as a bought a car that's covered by a warranty, he again fobbed me off and told me that the warranty doesn't cover light bulbs. After spending about 20 minutes on the phone, we kept going round in circles and he told me he refused to do any work to my car, until I payed the £50! The next day I rang used car 123 to make a complaint. I was passed around from one person to another. After speaking to about 5 people, I was told to put everything in an email, because the directors will see it. Nobody even bothered replying to my email. I spent 3 days ringing them to find out what was going on, nobody knew anything. Then I get a phone call from Mr Hailes, I answered and told him that I would call him back shortly because I was at work and couldn't talk. I then tried to call him a number of times and he wasn't answering my calls or my texts. The next day he finally answered his phone, he was in France! I spoke to him briefly and to my total shock, it turns out that Mr Hailes isn't a mechanic, he's the owner of the company! He said that he read my email and that I'm a liar!! This is coming from a so called owner of the company! He told me that we would talk when he was back from holiday. During this time, two of my tires had a blow out. I took my car to Halfords and discovered that there was a full bolt and a nut inside one tire and two nails in another. I was also told that the tires are just legal but not safe. I did some research and found out that during the last MOT, there was an advisory to replace two tires as they were nearly worn, this hasn't been done. I had to pay for new tires. Also I was alerted to the fact that the car was due a service and it wasn't serviced before point of sale. Meanwhile, Mr Hailes called and agreed that I would take my car in, we arranged that I'd see him at 10am. I took a day off work and came with my partner and a friend. When we got there, Mr Hailes wasn't there and we were told that we had to see Doug the head mechanic. He had a look at the car and told me it was nothing to do with anything that was switched off or the lightbulb, but it was electrical. This is what I've been telling these cowboys all along. He told me that I'd be waiting 2 or 3 hours at least because they were busy. I went back and demanded to speak to Mr Hailes. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. About an hour later, Mr Hailes arrived. He came up to my car and was very hostile, he kept pointing his finger in my face and raising his voice. He then told me to come to the office, when my friend was coming with me, Hailes told him that he wasn't invited because my friend happens to be a solicitor and he wanted his own to be present. We then told him that my friend is only here as a friend and to offer support. He then went off with my friend and after 3 hours of waiting and sitting around. I am now taking this matter further and unless my issues are sorted, I will be seeking a full refund. I was sold a car that wasn't fit for purpose and not as described. Please avoid at all costs! Don't make the same mistake as I did. Read all the reviews, I'm not the only one. Everyone who's ever had an issue with these people, please do something about them!

Thanks for your review! Enjoy your car! Thanks, Nick.
The service I received from Used Car 124 was great. I had a small issue with the car on collection but they got it sorted and then agreed to deliver it to me which was great. When I received the car it was lovely and clean and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Thanks for your review! Nick.
Looked everywhere for a really keenly priced Mercedes C350. These guys really looked after me from my first enquiry to my visit to see the car and right through to them delivering the car to my work for me. Highly recommended. Will buy from them again. Thanks.

I bought a Cooper S from here not so long ago. The car has quite a few issues with it unfortunately and had to go back. The car was clean and as described though and the dealers were happy to help so I would still recommend them.

Saw a Vauxhall Astra on this dealers page, asked about the condition of car they said it was in good condition. The car went through an MOT and we were told the sensors out they will replace by the weekend. We got a call to say ts been fixed and drove the hour and a half down. The sensors were fitted the wrong way round, the bumper was loose, side lip was loose and the bonnet was loose. We told the dealer "Jaz" he didnt care much left us waiting in the cold. No one else came to ask how we were. Jaz promised all the fixes would be done by Monday. Monday came we got the usual "sorry its taking longer then expected" Tuesday came apparently they got the wrong sensor. Wednesday came, a week after we put a deposit down they said car is ready. Went down again and guess what? nothing was sorted. Spoke to Jaz he started being funny with us telling us all cars have loose bumpers, its a used car its not gonna be perfect. Told him to do something about it but he said all issues were addressed!! Refused to budge on price or sort the issue claiming its the way it is. Seems like they don't care much for customer service or pride in doing their job right. Why give our money to people who simply dont care???

Mr Moosa, I think the comments you have left are very misleading to potential customers. For your information and as you were told number ousted times on the phone, until we had replaced 1 parking sensor the fault with another parking sensors wasn't apparent. The sensors are only available from vauxhall at a cost of £130 each and take 2 days to be delivered. Hence the 4 day wait. This is unfortunately our of our control. The vehicle in question is a vauxhall astra with an aftermarket exterior pack added. We sis not fit it and yes a corner of the bumper was slightly loose but completely secure. There was no issue with the bonnet. That is just a lie. We have sold the car today and the customer is very happy with its used condition and fantastic price. Whilst on site you were waiting in our reception desk not once we're you left outside in the cold. It was quite apparent that you were looking for discount after a deal had been done. Unfortunately this isn't the way we do business. We agree a deal and and you work to be done before collection. We did this and completed all work at a cost of £700 to us. I am sorry that you feel that we are poor but the customer who drive away in the car today is over the moon! Best regards, Nick.
