Bought a used car from them... Got a health report that was done on the back of a fag packet.. Driving my two young children around in the car and turns out the brakes discs are so bad... my local mechanic said that its not safe to drive. ABS on continually, Clutch dual mass fly wheel and servo not in any good shape. Finance company mediating and then the joke warranty you receive wont pay out as they dragged it out so long the MOT had passed and they wont pay out even though it wouldn't pass an MOT. Go elsewhere for your own sake and dont be a MUG like i was made to be. This will be posted on every Dealer review i can find to save people the hassle.

Bought my car from used car 123. Travelled 4 hours to pick up the car, the window screen should have been replace they repaired it 1hr half on the way home broke down. I rang car 123 they told us to get it to a local garage after the the breakdown got us going again, booked car in to garage 2 days later had to go on the diagnostic. As most garages gives your car a health check they found more problems, the rear discs were worn out. The car had to go to renault twice. On the diagnostics twice used car 123 payed for the diagnostic after a lot of phone calls and shouting. Renault also found other problems with the car. Brakes, rear warning light comes on with a big Stop fault, and the cold weather makes the brakes freeze ect ect washer bottle split back washer don't work lights shine on the floor need adjusting on a diagnostic and it goes on. They reckon they car was road worthy when bought the car. They are a joke. Please do not buy from this company. The have a excuses for every problem you have. Now getting in contact rogue traders.

We visited this dealership to view a car we had seen on Autotrader. After viewing others on the same day, we phoned this dealer to put down a deposit to secure the vehicle. On visiting the dealer again to pay the balance, we discovered some unforeseen issues, which made us change our mind about purchasing this vehicle. The dealer has promptly, as they promised, returned our deposit to us. The salesperson Ben had kept us informed throughout the buying process, and we felt comfortable dealing with him. He dealt with the refund courteously and efficiently.

I phoned about a Nissan navara which appeared to have a bent rear bumper, the salesman assured me the bumper was in perfect condition and did I want a viewing to which I replied as long as the bumper isn't damaged as I'll be travelling 130 miles for nothing, he assured me again as he was standing looking at the rear of the Navara and there was no visible damage to it, 130 miles later when I arrived I was greeted by another salesman who pointed it out and went to locate the keys, when I looked at the bumper it was clearly bent. It appeared the Navara had been reversed into something which had also bent the underside and damaged the body. I wasn't very happy with this and told the salesman what I had been told over the phone, he apologised and agreed I'd been told complete lies and assured me this would be reported. This was probably a lie too as I phoned again after I left only 20 mins later and was told again there was no damage to the Navara

Hi Gary, I was personally aware of this situation and i'm afraid my version of events differs from yours. You spoke to Peter on the phone who is a very experienced sales advisor. He mentioned a mark on the bumper to you, however each individuals opinion of the condition of a used car will differ. We sold the Navara to another customer the next day with no attention needed to the bumper so in their eyes it was quite obviously acceptable. We try and be as honest as we can when describing vehicles but always encourage people to view them. Sorry you had a bad experience in your eyes that day and all the best for the future. Nick.
I bought a Chrysler fro here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition and the dealers were quite helpful. The car was a good price and overall I am happy and would recommend this dealership.

So i agreed with the garage that i would collect my vehicle. They did not call me to inform me that i would not be able to take collection of the vehicle, instead preferring to allow me to drive a 420 mile round trip costing around £110 in fuel. Then allowed us to wait around for nearly 3 hours before telling us, However they were kind enough to make sure i wasted more money insuring and taxing the car that i am never going to receive! They said as an apology they would deliver the car to me a few days later with a full tank. I thought ok whilst the running of the business was bad at least they were making an effort to do their best so i let it go. However instead they called me to say the vehicle could not be repaired and had been returned to Volvo and they do not know when it would be possible for me to have the vehicle.I am now a few hundred pounds out of pocket and i am still without a car. I should point out every day i do not have a car i also lose work!! So i figure 123 are soon to owe me a lot of money! The gentleman i dealt with was kind and tried to be helpful and all staff i met seemed kind. Its just a huge shame about the unprofessional-ism of the business. I have approached them with regards to refunding me all the money they have cost me and i hope they have the decency to do so. If not i will have to do the unenviable task of proceeding down the legal route and heading to the small claims court. I shall leave a separate review after this issue has been resolved to either commend with a positive review on how they handle the situation or a further one condemning more!

My update. Yes to be fair they eventually got the vehicle to me with the full tank. Fair play. However given emergency brake failure and that I am paying the finance on a car that hasn't moved for 3 weeks due to being unsafe to drive I am unsure you really want me to update this as in fact the whole thing got worse.
I purchased a Vauxhall Astra in August. The initial service was good but I am not happy with the aftercare, I reported gearbox issues to the dealership while I was still covered under warranty and they washed their hands of me completely and now the warranty has expired. I wouldn't recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. BROUGHT FOCUS ST FROM HERE IN JUNE, SPENT TWO GRAND ON IT UP TO NOW, CAR WAS WELL OVER PRICED AT 5800. RUN BY YOUNG LADS MAKING AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN OFF PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT ETC ETC........ WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING. TO LATE FOR ME IN IT UP TO MY NECK, BUT WILL GET THROUGH. Staff were polite and helpful, there certainly was no pressure to buy. All areas discussed were carried out on the vehicle and paperwork fully explained including warranty. A pleasure to do business with !
