Rang up to check the car was still in stock and our short conversation was very polite and professional. Once there, Ben greeted us and gave us as much time as we wanted to inspect the car by ourselves with no pressure or hovering salesman. When we were ready to test drive it, we were given the keys and allowed to take it out, again without a hovering salesman. This no pressure policy was very relaxing and Ben went out of his way to check and answer all our questions. When it came down to the sale, everything went smoothly and, once again, Ben did his best to accommodate us before we signed. I'm very happy with the car but also with the guarantee and the excellent service provided. I would add that although the dealer is an hour and a half away from my home, it was worth the drive, and I would recommend this dealer.

Bought a mini one from 123 used car,the worse thing I've done,the whole water pump system had broken from when I picked the car up,tried to claim through the warranty but they told me it's not a main part so it's not covered,the fools think cars can run without water,my garage also found the engine belt was hanging on by a thread,needed new front brakes within the first month, contacted York branch and customer services but neither were interested and never answered my e-mail,I've payed out over £800.00 and am about to start legal proceedings against 123 used car.also car was never valeted before collection.Please stay well clear.

Poor afterservice! Mis sold a platinum warranty that covers nothing! & then fobbed off saying there's nothing they can or will do!! Now need to spend £1800+ to get car mechanically fit for purpose!!

Many thanks to Pete and the team. Collected my car and it exceeded my expectations in every respect. The 4 hour drive home was joyful and trouble free. Would recommend this car dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase a quality used car.

Usedcar123 sold me a focus st first day I drove it back on the motorway steeringshaft had a bolt loose and wheel nuts were locked on too tight after a week they decided to pay for the repair then a cracked hose pipe appeared 26 days after I bought the vehicle which then coincided to the engine blowing through being overheated was left to pay 2.5grand in damages I was so mad at the situation as I spent a lot of money just buying this car I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole nothing short of appalling customer service rude management by the looks of it I'm not the only person to have these issues avoid avoid avoid

I bought a car from Used Car 123 in June 2016, I took out an extended warranty, a few weeks ago a warning light kept appearing on the dash board....I cannot start the car now ONLY IN LIMP MODE. I rang 123 Used Cars and spoke with a very off handed woman, who did NOT instill any confidence....she informed me to take said car to a garage and get them to diagnose the problem....so I did this this morning whish has cost me €70.00.... Why when I have warranty????..... Upon said diagnosis the mechanic advised that the car has turbo problems...I phoned up 123 used cars to advise them of this...they even spoke rudely to the manager of the garage as she tried in vain to explain the scenario to a very unsympathetic...hard nosed woman.... To put this turbo scenario right will cost £700 which used car dealers have told me I HAVE YO PAY!!!!!....how can this be when I've ONLY had the car 3 months...and the extended warranty is for 15 months ... I feel totally disgusted and furious...duped by a very underhanded so called company.... I am therefore going to take this matter further via my solicitor...the papers...and the trading standards....I will NOT ACCEPT THIS total SCAM!!!!... It's all very clandestine. I definitely would NOT recommend these.

A joke out of pocket and over £5000 just in parts wrong with it.still without car or refund even no rejected car . Please stay away they are not honest. Reported from day one. Trading Stan and customer advice and financial oblisman involved. Still paying for insurance tax and car and not sorted as used car 123 playing games?????
