Although the no thrills experience is very new to my partner and I the dealership did all that was asked. Looking upon the purchase we got fantastic value for money! (Even if we didn't get a full tank and a set of matts). Overall for the age the car is in great condition. We would recommend highly this dealership!!!

The manager and team became very rude and aggressive when I took the decision of not purchasing the vehicle and I was also was forced to leave a deposit which I politely refused to give, sales person became even more aggressive. The dealership is situated in the middle of farms and industrial estate, 10 miles away from any public transport, was left stranded and was told to use taxi; the taxi did not operate in the area, many faults were in the car, many cars had mechanical issues! They expect you to purchase a £600 warranty to cover all the faults, Used Car 123 are a very unprofessional untrustworthy company. Please do not use this company.

Having set a budget and identified the make and model of vehicle we required, my husband and I viewed this car and THOUGHT we were coming in under budget. How wrong can two people be. We do have to meet certain criteria. Any car we purchase must be able to take a folded down wheelchair, be easily accessible for my father who is a lower limb amputee, have room for five adults and a child seat and enough space when seats are removed/folded down to take enough luggage for three adults and a toddler going on a two week holiday. I will say that the car itself is comfortable and fulfills all our personal needs but a couple of other problems are what really make my blood boil. Firstly, one of the electric rear doors was not working correctly and we were informed that due to the cost of the repair this would not be addressed. We felt that as we were under budget we would not be too upset rectifying this ourselves. Now we come to secondly and this is a corker. My husband has today, six weeks after our purchase, taken the car to have it's tyres checked only to be told that the front two need replacing, there is a crack in one of the rear ones and there is NO spare wheel. I really didn't think we would have to check for one and surely we should have been informed that it was mising. So our bargain has now cost us £300.00 to repair the door, £280.00 for new tyres and luckily we managed to find a spare wheel at a local scrap yard for £30.00. So our bargain has now come up to our budget. If you view and purchase cars from here please bear in mind that there MAY be a few problems that you will have to meet after the purchase. We did purchase the all singing, all dancing additional warranty but to date it does not cover the faults we have had.

Great value for money and impressed with the service from Jaz and the team. They even took the hassle out of transferring my private plate. Will be back again in a couple of years to upgrade!
