bought a car from london car market 2 years ago, gave me a new clean mot, no problems showing cost 3700, i have had no end of problems, took it for its mot last year had loads of advisory which were not new, took it back to where mot was done year before, was told they are only advisories, one was for a lot of surface rust on the sub frame, and steering boots rotton badly worn and rusty steering parts plus other parts, would not have bought it if they had been on mot as they should have been, now have a blow on exhaust will cost me more than it is now worth, if tempted by these people please please please make sure you get the car checked professionally before parting with your money. it to late for me, will see if i can get it patched and get rid, although great service at start been a very bad experience. which has cost me.

I brought a 2010 Honda civic from LCM, for £5190 including admin fee. It turns out they the dealer or the previous customer had used touch up paint to hide chips scuffs and scratches but it was most likely the dealers as the car was practically spotless and shiney to the point were it looked like a new car. After 2 weeks scratches, scuffs smudges and botched touch up paint spots started reappearing. I called up LCM only to be hanged up on and told it was my responsibility. Got in contact with with their area manager Hassan after threatening to start a protest at their backyard and instead of admitting foul play he tried to say that all the scratches and scuffs all over the car in random places and even the smudge on my car had been the result of vandalism so then i explained that one of the scratches on the driver door while barely noticeable on their auto trader ad was actually there and there was another deep one but barely visible on left passenger side front and rear door, if you looked closer hence i dont know why a criminal would leave a deep scratch on random areas and leave a barely visible scratch on one side only. This is is when he changed his story and said that was how i brought the car. He also tried to say that there was no point in me repainting or touching up the car as it was in it's original color and wasn't that bad looking, he also said the car would lose it's value but after taking it to a body shop on the 24/08/20201, i was told that some of the colors on the car do not match. The quote to repaint the car and fix a tiny dent in the rear bumper which was also there from the start would cost a grand. Hassan did offer £600 discount if i let his company do it but why should i pay extra money to repair a fault they hid and passed onto me and why would i trust anyone of them after that.

Is this now H&R Auto's? I can't find any info on them at all and looks like these reviews may be them.
Great service and smooth process of purchase from start to finish. Thank you :) Maria

I bought a BMW CAR 3 series from them. Was dealt be dealer name Kash. They cleaned the engine very well before sealing off the car to me. Only for me to realise few days later that there is a big time oil leak ( realised the reason for cleaning the engine before seeking car to me). Car had big time engine problem with I can smell burning oil in car all the time few days after buying it. Can see the smoke coming out from bonnet few times and car def. also had an issue as starting hearing noise at the back of the car week later I bought it. So bottom line:: avoid it. If you ask me — don’t even go to them even if they are the last trader on the earth.

My husband just had similar problems, few issues and after they tried to accuse him to had an accident with the car (what never happened) to try to cover some problems, the things escalated a little bit and in the end they committed to fix the parking sensors but almost 3 months after they didn’t and as usually they have an excuse when he rang them. Very disappointed. And they asked to not write a bad review, how dare them?
Like so many other reviews. I purchased a car last year from London Car Market. I dealt with Raj and he sold me a defective car. He would not return my phone calls and emails. Their reply to negative comments is always you’re thinking about another garage which isn’t the case. Also, I received a £100 fine as well, they failed to record my registration correctly. Autotrader removed my one star review along with another one start review. Shame on Autotrader!!
I dealt with London Car Limited and within two days of purchasing a vehicle, the ABS light comes on, then engine Pressure too low and child lock system activates/deactivates and tyre pressure sensor goes off after installing a new tyre. Oh and this was all in the first 3 days of purchase. Called and said they would diagnose but I would have to pay full costs. Found out about consumer rights and buying within 30 days and have asked for a full refund. Essentially the chap wasn't happy and blamed me for poor driving and not liking the car?! Then offered to take it to his garage and go 50/50 on repairs. Unbelievable! They will make this difficult, but am determined to let them know that can't con me. Avoid! There are plenty of decent traders around.

Daubs in response to If I had these reviews first....
Hi, Was the dealers name Aarmir Sardar by any chance? I have also had major problems with a car I brought from him and his team. He will keep you waiting until after 30 days have expired with false promises and then it will become impossible to get anything from him. I am not giving up though, looking into legal action now.

They are currently trading under Dudley motor group. They keep changing there name, previous were 'London Car Market Limited' Don't trust them. If you have any more details please let me know.

No, the chaps I dealt with were Sajid Majeed and Ali. There is another dealer the Vista Centre. As you enter through the gates London car market limited is on the right. There's another one or two on the left. I'm not too sure which one you went. Check the consumer rights act. Have proof of everything. Record all conversations. Consult consumer advice. As far as I'm concerned if you asked for refund within 30 days with non wear and tear faults you can prove then you have a case. Also look into Chargeback from your bank and get proof from a mechanic. Good luck.

Amir Sardar is part of vista motor group and is trading at vista centre. He is by himself with his wife Rija Rashid who is also Vista motor group. We have nothing to do with him. You will find him at the same place. I did! I’ve reported him already!

Amir and rija are who I had the unfortunate pleasure of buying a car from, they are scummy liars who rip people off, keep changing the company name and seem to still be trading!

Online car sales is now London Car Market Limited. The other ones (vista motor group) sound just as bad if not worse. I suggest reporting them to consumer advice so they can pass on to trading standards.
Used Car Sales Online (Hounslow) are liars and cheats! They should not be trading. The day i got the car home the engine light came on and the car is undrivable unless i pay the hundreds to get it fixed. These people have ignored any contact i have tried to make. Their scum bags
Frankie in response to Don't use this company!
I think there now under 'london car market limited' now.......they have changed the company name 3 times since I've tried to contact them!
Frankie in response to Don't use this company!
yes I think they have changed the name 3 times since my issue started. I've spent over £1000 on the one I got and its not drivable anymore. Been driving it since December!
Cars from Used Car Sales Online Ltd do not come up to the advertised standard. Parking tickets every time you park there and they lie that they have put you on the parking system, not so, £100 fine, not funny. Stay away, they will take your money for a sub standard car and then disappear. Stick to selling carts, not cars. Disgrace to the car trade.
