AVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. Shayam has also contacted me regarding this business which he also had issue with. Same people, SAME ISSUE! I have also bought a VW Golf (Grey) 1.6FSI from 'Used Car Sales Online Limited' which is a new business name that was Incorporated on '11th February 2016'. The previous name for this business was called "Lions of London Car sales". The reason they changed there name is due to the face that they have soo many negative reviews online. Ok now back to the car. The car had several of issues, the battery died so i had to pay£70 for a new battery and £10 for fitting. I also waited more than 8 weeks for my V5C to come. I had temporary parking permit for a month and im waiting for the V5C. i contacted the business spoke to Amir and he said this in the exact word 'We have sent it off on Friday'. Then he said 100% he sent it. Im here waiting still no letters. i called up DVLA they said nope nothing came in. Contacted the business again said it take 6-8 week? i was like no it doesn't DVLA told me it take 3-4 week?. GUESS WHAT! i had to pay another £141 for the parking permit. So i simply had enough, the brake pressure sensor it also gone which i have checked with 2 different mechanic. Now they are refusing to give me money around £3000 i even told them keep the deposit. But noooooo. I called again to talk to the owner MAJEED, Sajid but apparently hes never in? but when my dad calls the company on the same day hes some how came back from the dead? These people are horrible Asian people. Please do not buy from them. I have also contacted WatchDogs, BBC, Trading Standards, Citizen Advice Bureax and also my lawyer about this. We are taking them to county court and then high court to get my money back. I have brought this car in JUNE and the car is just outside waiting to die.
I saw a BMW posted on autotrader from these guys and the pictures looked fantastic, after a two and a half hour train journey I arrived to find a broken heap. The windows didn't go up and down properly, there were scratches and dents all the way round the car including a sizable d.i.y job trying to fix a dented front wheel arch, missing parts from the outside window trim, broken and damaged interior panels and best of all a huge chunk of the outside tire wall was gauged out, when I said that's an mot failure he suggested I didn't know what I was on about. The car was supposed to have only done 50k miles but there was so much wear on the interior and most of all on the gear knob that I find it hard to believe it hadn't been clocked back to 50k from more like 120k and I also wouldn't be surprised if they put the number plates on a different car for the photos they provided. If only I had seen this website before I left I could have not wasted 5 hours of my life for nothing, never mind.
I bought a VW golf 1.6FSI, from these aweful people. They told me the car is in perfect condition, to which clearly it is not. I have a new born baby and they knowing this information have still sold me a faulty unsafe vehicle. When i went to get the car, they had told me incorrect information (lambda sensor fault). They advised full service history which is not true. I have had my mechanic check it and have had to pay for a timing belt, knock sensor, major service(which it had lorry oil rather than car oil), and 4 new ignition coil packs. So far i am £800 down and when calling the business, they have thrown small money to keep me quite. I have asked for a full refund as per my rights and the law and advised by Citizens Advice Bureax and my lawyer. They have ignored this request and told me its done. They have also kept my V5 and told me they sent it. I got shown a V5 which was completely different to the one i received. I spoke to the MD who advised for me to do the v5 myself online. Amir is a conman and needs to be put behind bars. I had paid £2850 for the car and have pleaded for my money back and i would give the car back, which they have ignored. I have asked for £2500 back to cover some of there costs which they have declined. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.
These people are horrible peOple.... I hope god punish them in hell... The cars the sold us is unsafe VW GOLF... They say they care but they dont... Im going to expose these people on watch dogs, Youtube.... I also have a voice recorded of them holding the V5C for 1 month after purchase.... Which that are not allow to do so, since this is a legal document... I lost £141 pound for my parking permit... These people fault think they got away with it hahahaha.... If you reading this... Used car sale online ltd also known as 'Lions of London'... I totally agree with you dude. They done the same to me. Not happy at all. I have raised a complaint with the ombudsman. All I want is my money back. I don't want the car.
Do not buy from this company they will sell you a faulty car and not want to know you after this ! I'm absolute shocked of the treatment I have received ! 3 con artists working out of Hounslow ! Avoid this business !!! Take your money else where
I rang the dealer to enquire about a BMW 3 series. I would be travelling down from quite a distance, so the condition of the car was quite important. The dealer on the phone was rude and disrespectful. He said: 'what do you want to know', etc.. I couldn't believe that this vile individual was actually responsible for talking to customers. I hung up because his mannerism was so rude.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY, its is now called USED Cars. i brought a car for my nephew and one week later we took it in for a service and was told the ABS system and brake system is faulty and we faced a charge of over 1000.00 pounds.
Avoid this dealership. Was assured the car was fine and in working order, and from my little knowledge of cars it seemed like a clean nice running car. Once payment had gone through I was told about about a 'small' problem which later went on to cost me £500 to repair. The sales guy assured me its was a minor problem and took me to 2 garages nearby which the mechanics also confirmed. However when I took the car to my own mechanic I heard the bad news. No help from dealer what so ever. Wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle there.
I bought a bmw 3 series 2004. 2 days after driving away we noticed a big puddle of oil on our driveway. Took it to a local mechanic who said it will cost about 160 to fix that problem. (Rocker Gasket) However he also noticed smoke coming from the engine near the dip stick and some blue smoke from the exhaust. He informed me that the engine has obvious signs of problems and it is not fit for purpose. It could cost anything up to £1000 to fix the engine. There was also excess air pressure pumping out of the oil cap when open. By law we have every right to return the car for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as it is not fit for purpose. I had a second and third opinion from local mechanics who all said the same thing. We took it back 3 days after purchasing it. They drove it to a nearby garage and done some work. (Don't know what). And told me it should be fine now. It wasn't. Still leaking and still smoking. I told them it is not fit for purpose and i want a refund. They refused. They passed me from one dealer to another trying to convince me that my expectations are too high and the vehicle is fine. They refused a refund and refused to do any further work on the car unless we pay for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

With reference to above comments, we write to confirm that the dispute with Mr Ogansian "named used here Chris" has been resolved to his satisfaction. Full refund has been given to him, as to his comments we would like to this as opportunity to give brief background and it's circumstances. any complaint lodged as a company we have to asses the merit claimed before any formal actioned are taken. We take any nature of complaint very serious and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do offer our help and assistant to anyone who faces any problem with the vehicle sold by us. We have offered to repaired this particular vehicle at no cost to Mr Ogansian "named used Chris" offered him replacement when all possible attempted failed to resolve this matter to his satisfaction, full refund was given to him.
