This is the second car I've bought from V12 Sports & Classics in four years. The prices are reasonable, and the overall experience is generally good—just what you’d expect from a dealership of this size. One area that could use improvement is internal communication. I arrived early for both my viewing and collection appointments, but both times I was left waiting for around 30 minutes before someone assisted me. It all felt a bit disorganised this time, but it hasn’t put me off.

The van's grand and does the job. Nothing else to report really ... the service from Chris and the guys over at V12 was exactly as expected.

Me and my mate were both looking to buy a Ford Transit Connect at the same time, and he noticed V12 had two advertised. We popped over to have a look and ended up buying them both. Mine's been put straight to work. It's big enough for what I need and everything's spot-on so far. Nobodies perfect, but it's a solid 4 out of 5 from me.

To be honest I’d had a total nightmare aS my previous van was written off through no fault of my own, and the investigation took around eight weeks. As you can probably imagine I was relieved to find a replacement at V12 in Worksop. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff—everyone in the showroom was really lovely, happy to help, and even offered me biscuits which was a nice touch! A special thanks to Genell and Mia for getting everything sorted for me within 24 hours.

I wasn’t specifically looking for an electric van, but I came across a Toyota Proace advertised by V12 online. It had the right mileage and was a great deal, practically brand new with only 300 miles on the clock. Darren and the guys at the Wolverhampton branch looked after me well—everything was excellent and super quick/efficient. I made my enquiry on Sunday morning and had purchased it by Sunday night, so I'm quIte happy with everything.
