I liked that the dealer did everything they said they would, brilliant customer service and nice to feel valued. I drove away in the car the same day so was a very easy and quick process! The staff over at V12 were fantastic. They really do go the extra mile to make sure everything is tiptop. They were really easy to talk to and made the whole experience very relaxed. I purchased a Mokka and it has been brilliant so far. I'm very happy!
