I've bought quite a few cars from James in my time and each time I return he always provides me with a cracking vehicle. This time I decided to buy a Hyundai i40, it is a cracking car and hasn't put a foot wrong since leaving the dealership. Without a doubt I will definitely be back! I have made in excess of over 30 purchases from V12 in my time of purchasing cars... if that doesn't speak for itself then I'm not sure what does. Each time they provide first class service, and always a beauty of a car as well. They have been my go to dealer for many, many moons and will continue to be until I no longer need cars. What a smashing car my Insignia is, I am really pleased with it and is living up to my expectations, if not beyond! The guys in the Newcastle branch were lovely to work with, in particular Chris, he was very helpful when it came to any questions and queries I had. I am loving my Volvo it is a really powerful motor and is very comfortable inside, its much nicer than I ever expected it to be. The service was great and straight to the point, Vish was a really nice bloke and looked after us well, ensuring we were comfortable ad happy with the process. We will definitely be a returning customer.
