Nice and easy process no headache or hassle, great customer service. I bought a lovely Vauxhall Insignia Grand and I'm over the moon with it, its a smooth drive and very comfortable inside. Its smart and has lots of modern gadgets that I'm working my way around figuring out. A streamline process, excellent customer service and a lovely motor.... very happy and happy to refer to friends and family.

Alan couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or professional if he tried. He explained everything and helped us sort all paperwork and bits that were needed before we left. We have now had the car just over a month and love it to bits, done some long trips too, its driven daily and been nothing but reliable. Will definitely be returning when its time for a new motor

Helpful and friendly sales staff, helped me out during the purchase of my BMW X6. The car is unreal, really happy with it absolutely zero complaints. I arrived and the car was presented superbly, everything was ready on time and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Simple and easy. I would be happy to buy another car from here in the future and more than happy recommending to others.

Michael was a god send when buying the car, he provided A* service from end to end. When I got there to view the car I was interested in Michael greeted me and showed me around the car without putting any pushy sales techniques on me, he was helpful and knowledgeable. I bought an Audi A5 and its everything that I wanted it to be, very happy and would happily revisit in the future.

Very pleased with my 3 Series purchased from V12 Luton, staff all friendly and helpful and nothing too much hassle. The car was as described, and in lovely condition. I've not driven it that much with having a work van, but when I do its like luxury!

I can't fault this dealership. I purchased a Polo and I am very happy with it. I have had no issues with it at all and it was clean and in good condition when I received it.
