After a follow up call to check I'm happy with my new car I thought it was only fair to leave a review to thank V12 for their help, support and advise when buying my new car. Josh - my salesman, was incredibly useful, he talked me through all the options, walked around the car explaining its features and gadgets and pointed out some real important factors helping me make my decision. Skoda Superb is fantastic, drives great runs well and is super comfortable for longer distance. The sales staff were very accommodating and helpful. They sorted everything ready for me arriving and I drove home very happy in my new car.

I think his name was Christopher, He came on the test drive and talked us through the car, really helpful and then he got everything sorted for us, he never hounded us or pressured just very very helpful and great at his job. Everything is really great with our Tiguan. My Husband and I share the car and I am really enjoying driving it around. I had a Mokka before so the Tiguan is a bit bigger, but its so much nicer to drive.
