I bought my Wife a Toyota Aygo from V12, she hadnt been behind the wheel for a good 10 years so we waiting something smaller and easy to drive for her. What can I say.... she is over the moon with her little car. Its perfect, she's used to it now and using it all the time. The clutch is just right for her, the size of the car is great and its smooth to drive. Luke at V12 was a pleasure to deal with very helpful and had the answers to all of our questions, couldn't knock at all.

Its great now I've found a decent dealer, and on my doorstep too! I'm local to the Stoke site and can't believe I've never been here before! It will be the first place I look when changing again. I bought a Focus from Josh at V12 Stoke and he was fabulous! He walked me through everything, no pressure applied, he was really good. The parcel shelf was missing from the car but Josh got this ordered and sent out to us days after buying. This is my first ever white car, and when I collected it is was absolutely sparkling clean, however trying to maintain that level of cleanliness, is difficult, they had done such a fanatstic job on the valet. I've promised myself to have it cleaned often and keep it in a lovely condition always.

I recently upgraded my SEAT Ibiza to a VW Golf and I'm so impressed, I can't believe I waited this long to change! There's a big difference in the performance and drive of the Golf, its much more powerful, but lovely to drive, I really really like it!! The dealership was brilliant, really helpful and kind, I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again.
