Awesome garage, fantastic range of stock, something for everybody. All staff members helpful and polite. Car is running perfectly since taking it away and I will be back for an upgrade in a year or two's time!

I recently purchased a BMW X4 for my Wife and she is really enjoying the car, it was a great price for what we got and the dealer was a great help. The customer service was helpful and they were happy to assist with any requests. Really good car and my Wife is very happy, we would both rate 5 stars and recommend to our families and friends.

No issues at all so far, the Audi has been fantastic, it's working exactly as it should and I did a very long trip to London and back and the car was perfect, really nice and relaxing drive, handles well and more fuel effifecent than I thought. When I went in the showroom for the first time everybody was so helpful and really friendly. I was dealing with Vish and he was fantastic, He helped me with the selection of cars and different options to buy and answered all my questions. No pressure was applied to buy and everything was explained, Over-all a true 5 star experience.

The BMW 4 Series I've recently purchased for my Wife is incredible, is such a brilliant motor and she's absolutely loving it. I don't get to drive it as much as I'd like, but I thoroughly enjoy it when I do get the chance. The dealership were fantastic through-out (Especially Josh), although we had a hiccup when I came to collect (I didn't have my drivers license). I made the journey up but was unable to drive the car away. Instead of going back, they got the car delivered the very next day and took the trade in away at the same time. The process was great and the part exchange transaction was smooth and straight forward. I will be back to V12 in the future for sure, thanks for a great experience.

After a follow up call to check I'm happy with my new car I thought it was only fair to leave a review to thank V12 for their help, support and advise when buying my new car. Josh - my salesman, was incredibly useful, he talked me through all the options, walked around the car explaining its features and gadgets and pointed out some real important factors helping me make my decision. I went away to think and I couldn't not buy the car, 1. it was absolutely perfect for me and 2, Josh was the nicest and most helpful salesman I'd ever met!
