I saw a few issues with the Puma when I first purchased it, however V12 are doing well at getting back to me quickly and having these issues amended. The aftercare is brilliant! I would for sure recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I discovered this dealership online as I live in Scotland and decided to make the 100+ mile trip to purchase my Mercedes. I love the car, it's all just as expected. This is actually my fourth purchase from V12 Sports and Classics. I've always had positive experiences at their Hinckley branch, so when I needed a new car, they were on the top of my list of dealerships to visit. This time around, I checked out their Wolverhampton location. Richard was fantastic he was on the ball, knew his stuff inside and out, and was just a genuinely nice guy to deal with, which is a refreshing change. I was honestly this close to going with one of V12's competitors, a mistake I'm now very happy I didn't make. This time I bought an Audi A8, and I'm made up with it. There's always room for a little improvement, so a high 4 out of 5 is definitely well deserved.

Mo was not pushy whilst I was buying my Nissan Qashqai, and he never tried to sell me anything I did not want. I found him to be helpful through the entire transition. Everything's been great with my car, and I honestly couldn't be happier.
